Ordered a couple of sandwiches for delivery from this subway location and the order ended up being cancelled, but they never refunded me. Contacted Subway corporate, DooDash, and the local store but everyone just tells me to contact someone else. I would not recommend ordering from this store unless you are okay potentially being ripped off. I’m out $40.

Prioritized online orders over customers in line. Took forever to get our food and almost made us late to school. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if your trying to get your food in less than 30 minutes.

Ordered food through the app, ready to go at the correct time. No issues with the order. Appreciate the amount of veggies that was put on :)

I have to stop at this location to get food on occasion because of convenience, but every time I'm in here busy or not, they are really slow to get through customers. Plan to spend 15-20 minutes in line. If it's not real busy you'll be lucky to get out in 10.
I was just into this Subway about 20 minutes ago with my wife. I went out of my way and had downloaded the app before getting there. The kid who took our order and rang us up refused to take my buy one get one coupon as it expired last month. It is what it is-I thought to myself. I had seen on the app that I had a buy one footlong get one free footlong anyways so I scanned the register for this deal hoping it would work. The kid tells me - “that’s for mobile order only!” Okay… that doesn’t help here. I was planning to use my coupon but didn’t because I couldn’t - I literally sat at the entry downloading the app prior to placing my order. I would have preordered it on the mobile app if I would have known I was going to go through so much hassle for the company to honor a buy one get on deal. You can make your own judgement on what you think of this location. I actually plan to do I’ve out of my way to not be served by this kid again. I spent $23 on two and had a buy one get one in my new app. If you go to this Subway location - they are normally nice-the clean cut kid with clear glasses is all about the company making their money and that is all for him. Parking here is always a nightmare. Which I would expect from a small strip like this. There are other locations in Sioux Falls that are way easier to access…

I recently visited the Subway and it was a letdown from start to finish. The store was unkempt, with crumbs littering the tables and a peculiar smell lingering in the air. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, taking forever to prepare my sandwich while chatting amongst themselves. When my sub finally arrived, it looked nothing like the appetizing photos on the menu board. The ingredients were haphazardly and the bread was stale and rubbery. Overall, my Subway experience was a regrettable waste of time and money. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Downhill, used to be a good sandwich shop. Not sure what the issue is but the last couple of sandwiches didn't taste right.

Did a mobile order maybe 45mins before I arrived and my order wasn't ready because they ran out of the bread we chose. It would have been nice to get back to me instead of driving there just to be told they ran out of bread.

The food and service here is great. The low stars is because they double billed. Spoke to the manager who stated it happens a lot and she could do nothing. I had to contest via my bank. This is a 10 business day process and a huge pain when they could have just offered a gift card for my next time. Now this location is dead to me.

If you are in a hurry don’t go here. Waited 20 minutes in line once, next time I had to eat I made the short drive to Jimmy John’s and saved a lot of time on my break.
