Im currently a dasher that spends plenty of time waiting for orders in sioux falls. This subway looked and felt super fresh, and clean. I didnt get to taste the food since it was a delivery, but ill be back at this location for lunch!!!

The girl who attended us was very kind.
Very attentive and everything was super good.
The bathroom Very very very clean.
The order was quick and everything in the display case looked fresh and delicious.
I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.

Had a coupon for $6.49 6 inch meal. The kid who made my sandwich put THREE olives on it. Yes, three. I politely asked for more, and she put more on. The person working the cash register did not understand how the coupon worked, because at first it wouldn't work on his end, and then it all of a sudden worked but I was charged extra for a bag of chips PLUS the meal deal. I said that it doesn't look right and explained to him why. He said "well the upcharge on everything is crazy these days" and that it's correct. It's fishy that I was charged over $8 for the deal, when it shouldn't have been THAT much. I was overcharged for a skimpy sandwich and an extra bag of chips. I am someone who usually is okay with people who make honest mistakes and correct them, but this person argued with me. And I'm also not someone to normally give bad reciews. I am never going to this subway again. Only reason I went here was because it was on the way back from work. I will gladly go to my original one where they always get it right.

Couldn’t even get food bc the lady at the counter wouldn’t let my grandson use the bathroom. And then started copping an attitude and refused service. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Today at lunch time I wanted to buy 7 orders and they only wanted to sell me 3, they said because it was lunch time, but there was no one in the restaurant, there were two men and they behaved in a racist way, it's a shame that they hire people who He is not trained to provide good customer service.

Went today to get sandwiches for me and my family but see this lady ripping my tomatoes the lettuce and the spinach so she can make them see more pieces on the sandwiches but this was so disappointing she barley put any chicken on the sandwich and the salami she only put 4 pieces on each sandwich and keep telling me this is gonna be extra $ like I care

Crappie restaurant, always messing up orders, & when you call to complain and get your sandwich made properly as ordered they refuse to answer the phone!!! Such a waste of money!!!! Management really should contact me!!
