The dude literally put 4 pathetic slices of roast beef on my footlong flatbread sandwich. Paid $12 for sauced bread and veggies. What a waste. The formula for the foot long roast beef is 8 slices. Don't waste your time.

530 pm ordered a #20 elite no one in the drive thru no one in the store. I do not understand why the quality of the sandwich and customer service were lacking so much! He just handed us the food and closed the window. We sat and checked the order. Told my husband imma give it a shot took 1 bite and its nothing but sauces (which reg was requested thru the onscreen menu) like they put enough for 2 footlongs on a 6 in. Ive had better experiences at the Minnesota ave and louis walmart subways...

Called to ask them a question and the girl that answered sounded like she was super stoned. Didn’t even announce that it was subway and could barley answer simple questions

Agresive, I brought 3 6" sandwiches and 1 foot long, and I ask to a native employee yoy can check this i thing you charge me for 6 sandwiches... and she just cross her arms and give me attitude and said yes it's wrong but I can't do nothing about it deal with it. Or wait for my supervisor. Ugh excuse me! They still money from me I received an attitude...That store have the worst employee ever, they don't know nothing, no control, supervision and they are stealing money from customers ..

I ordered in the drive through and picked up my sandwich. When I opened my sandwich 5 minutes later, it was moldy. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to go back to the store so I called to let them know their bread is moldy and the manager I talked to told me that she didn't believe because the bread was made this morning. She also told me the only way to get a refund is to come back to the store which unfortunately I didn't have time for.
Ordered 26 dollars worth of sandwich and just got meat and bread.

The young fella in the front in the morning was really good and fast and had really good service he got my sub done fast and it looked amazing good job.

It makes me sad to leave a bad review when subway has been so well loved for all these years. The last few times i’ve gone to any subway in general im either left wanting more from my food experience, or sick because it gave me food poisoning. This particular experience at this location was less than desirable. I stood in line for almost an hour while one guy ran the counter. The only other person had to man the drive through window. Staffing most definitely is a problem for them. That and training because the man at the counter was doing his best, but felt almost at sloth speed. Multiple people left the line after 10 minutes of standing there, but i was too deep in the line at the point i strongly considered it. Around the same time i saw a fly flying around the food. The food ended up being a general idea of what i knew i wanted and filled me up, but definitely nothing to rave about. I dont know what needs to happen, but those poor employees look miserable and over worked. Figure out your scheduling, figure out the joy that needs to make its way back to them, and do better Subway.

Went in to give subway another chance and after 3 times and 3 different locations in Sioux Falls just disappointed in not just can't be bothered service with no smiles just omg attitudes to meat being not covered paper thin and only getting maybe 2oz of meat on a footlong roast beef basically me and my husband had veggie sandwichs that to me and my partner couldn't even taste the different vegetables because they are way to thin all we got for taste was sauce which was over powering and the crunch of vegetables but no taste and no meat and for the employee gale to continue to push do you want it toasted after telling her no she continues to push toasting on you is not cool. Sorry but to us Subway has gone down hill so we feel we will stick with Hershey Mike's or the other ones . All over bad experience at all 3 different locations.

How fn hard is it to get a HOT or even WARM sandwhich . Ice cold philly , I knew it … why ??? … I’m sick and tired of getting only every other order right at this location . I’m the gal that was just there and told you to toast the chicken because it looked ice cold . Should have had you toast the Philly too . Please train your staff how to heat meat correctly in the microwave for the people that don’t like or want a toasted bread sandwich . This is probably the 4th sandwich I’ve thrown away this last 8 weeks… Thanks for getting our whole household upset . Because I get blamed ?

Huge waste of time. Difficult to use the drivethru. Nobody responded when I pushed the button until I called. Couldn’t use my gift card there. Ridiculous waste of time. Refused to provide a way to complain.
