This is the exact kind of place we like to go to. High-quality service, high-quality food, and it’s not a big chain. At least it doesn’t have that chain feel. The prices were a little higher than what we used to playing in our hometown. But we would come again.

Went for ice cream with some friends last night. The actual ice cream itself was great! Love the self-serve concept and being able to add your own toppings. However, the service was absolutely terrible. The one girl that was working spent the whole time talking to her friends that were there and clearly starring at and judging one of the other patrons. She never told me the total I owed, just took my card and continued talking to her friends. The whole interaction made me very uncomfortable. She definitely needs some lessons in customer service and respect.

First timers; great explanation of what they had and a huge variety of ice creams and toppings and more. Very cold inside with minimal, but comfortable seating. Will be back!

I just went to this place today for the first time! 32 degrees outside but I was craving frozen yogurt!!! Instead of Cherry Berry, I decided to try this place and I’m glad I did! The place was clean, had good different flavors and a lot of toppings :) The guy working was really nice and friendly. Great customer service makes big difference! I will come back!
