“When you find a Taco Bell that can create and produce the menu as it was designed per corporate regulations and design, then, you find a restaurant that has truly addicting burritos and tacos that are simple but great to eat. TacoBell on w 12th has some of the best food, but the service is slow, and they frequently error on orders, but what can an employee at this Taco Bell do to make perfect food orders and provide the best service when they are always understaffed, and will always be one of the busiest Taco Bell stores in the nation...the drive thru line is always out to the street, and the online orders continue to compete for the time and efficiency of the staffs skills and experience. Every team member at this Taco Bell are great at what they do. The only downside from my own personal experience, the General Manager needs a complete attitude makeover And possibly an education in etiquette or even a degree in higher education period, he is base and rude, from my own personal experience...its why i quit. Other than that, i love the Taco Bell food, And i love and miss the rest of the team members that work hard and luv their job in the year 2025. “I hadn't been to Taco Bell in over 1&1/2 years because of their higher prices getting much higher than my paychecks were getting. I wanted a steak fajita, is it me or did they cut the amount of meat in their stuff too! It was good as usual, when I had steak in my mouth, disappointing when it was only fajita & cheese. Why do restaurants raise prices &&&& cut the quantity? Candy bars & bags of chips are alot smaller than they were when I was a kid spending my allowance. Both my steak fajitas had an end piece with no meat!“

“We went to this location for my daughters desire for the fries. (Why don't all of the locations have the fries? 🤷♀️)
The food came out fresh/hot. Sometimes you can tell that the tacos are literally thrown together - but all of our food was looking nice as we opened it.
We used the kiosk so didn't really deal with anyone directly. I like using it since I like to peruse the menu and make sure I'm getting everything I want. I don't want to hold anyone up if they're at the counter.
As far as atmosphere, this is a fast food joint, and a somewhat open concept, so the conversation in the back amongst employees should be kept relatively work friendly. Sound travels, friends. 😉
