The worst Taco Bell in this town. Ordered a chili cheese burrito with sour cream and extra cheese, no cheese, no sour cream. Called to let them know, no answer. So, now I let everyone know what horrible service this location has. What a joke...

I visited this Taco Bell around 1:27 AM, and I was told that employees are not supposed to be pulling cars in the drive-thru. However, I watched three cars get pulled ahead, and then they pulled mine as well. I don’t think it’s fair for some employees to get in trouble for pulling cars while others continue doing it anyway.
On top of that, my food was dropped in the lobby around 1:33 AM, and instead of remaking it, they still brought it out to me. That’s really concerning.
This location used to be a 4.3-star spot, and now it’s down to 3.6 stars—and after this visit, I can see why. Something is definitely going on here, and the quality and consistency have gone downhill.
I really hope management steps in and gets this store back to the standard it used to have.

The combo box didnt even come in a box and we got multiple of them, and all the food was unlabeled so we had to open up all our food items to tell what it was. Also, it was freezing and the AC was cold and its 40* outside. The food tasted great and the service was fine, its just these things.

1. Second time here and it is Freezing!!! Miserable inside, my 5 year old was asking to leave shortly after sitting down. Honestly makes me not want to go back due to how uncomfortable it is inside. 2. We ordered a lot for our family of 5, two of my kids got a $5 box and adjusted things on the burrito. We dined in and they gave the food to us without the boxes and not labeled. I had to open up every burrito to see what it was (4 total).

Tanya went above & beyond to give me the best service! She was complimentary & kind. Engaged me in pleasant conversation while my order was being made. The food was perfect and fast. I will definitely be returning to this location!

Vary rude and always cant ask for sauses and extra stuff like cheese they also dont know how to count and to update this store assume bad management one manager was flirting with a potential employee and reported that to corporate i also have had several issues with Jeffrey f he thinks he owns the place and yells at customers in the middle of the lobby and holds grudges and yells at customers out the window this is the second time I have let corporate know of this situation the first time was directly to higher management who happen to be visiting sioux falls at the time so beware dont bring children and be prepared for confrontation

Employees are unprofessional, food is often either missing or wrong, or the burrito you got has all the ingredients off to one side so you bite into tortilla and cheese/sour cream. This morning I ordered only a sausage burrito ended up with a potato burrito. Wait times are also usually bad. Ive had to wait 20 minutes for 2 cars in the drive thru before. Ive seen one of the managers outside just talking to people instead of working, one time yelling at a kid (likely his). Go to any other taco bell before this one. The management is absolutely atrocious and the managers all need to be fired
