I usually don't go to this Taco Bell as I believe it's one of the worst locations we have in Sioux Falls, but since it's been around a year I thought I would give it another go today with an open mind. Turns out I was right to avoid this location and will continue to avoid this location. I ordered 2 breakfast crunchwraps that were fine and had no issues I can complain about. However the 2 hashbrowns I ordered were literally as hard as rocks. I almost broke a tooth trying to find any potatoe in the middle and threw them away when I realized there was no salvaging either of them. I mean these things were 1 all crunch with no potatoe inside either and 2 were so overdone they completely broke/chipped away when I squeezed them slightly trying to see if they were worth eating. I highly recommend avoiding this location and using your hard earned cash at the West 12th street location instead as management here seems to not care what they are feeding people. At the very least, avoid the hashbrowns here!

My fiancé & I LOVE taco bell and frequent this location as it is closest to us. Lately I have had nothing but bad experiences when we go. We stopped going for a little while but ultimately craved taco bell so I placed an online order for tonight for my fiance to pick up. Whoever prepared my order was absolutely careless and didn’t pay attention to the ticket AT ALL. I order online so I can add sauces or take things off, etc and they still mess it up. I ask for no tomatoes and no lettuce and then add a few things that cost money btw then i receive that item with tomatoes and lettuce and none of the items i payed for. I then add taco sauces into the order so they will add some in the bag and they never put it in there. It is NOT hard to do your job and read the ticket and prepare ordered correctly. On top of the constant messing up of orders, their late night staff is the most disrespectful group i have come across. If you don’t want to be there don’t work that shift, or simply don’t make my experience miserable bc you would rather be anywhere else. This location needs to do a bit better.

When i was in here earlier a gentleman came in and had not received his full order they told him they were out of the ingredients for that item he asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds he could get a replacement but not a refund how do you order food not get it and they dont have it but refuse a refund

BAIT AND SWITCH I ordered amongest other things two steak dippers got home and did not receive them went back and was told they were out I get that BUT THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE $4.99 and said I had to order something of equal value and could not get a refund that is what the FTC says is BAIT AND
I ordered through the app for pick up at the drive thru. When I got to the restaurant, my order was nowhere near ready, even though it was well past the time since I'd ordered. My order was also incorrect when I finally received it.

I went up to the counter to pay and had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to help me however there was a few workers just standing around and not even bothering to help me. I waited for my food about 25 minutes even though there was only one other person in the lobby and when it came out my tack was all crushed into crumbs I went up to the counter to ask for a new one and the lady gave me a rude attitude about it. Would not recommend this location
