I ordered at 5:20pm. At 6.00 someone finally questioned my order and found out that it has to be remade because my order was given out in drive thru! No one had said anything at the time! Finally at 6.15 someone started remaking my order! I got my order at 6:22!!! Over a hour after the order was iniatally placed!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!! I got no apology no nothing!!!

Half the time my order is wrong, but when they get it right it's usually fresh and amazing. Had one of their employees shout at me while I had my kid in the back seat claiming rudeness from me, but I work in the fast food industry and am not rude to people just doing their jobs. Just because I wasn't all perky and bubbly because I was tired does not mean I'm being rude, I'm just placing an order. I did not raise my voice or call names or talk down to anyone, simply stated my order and paid at the 1st window and at the 2nd window had this guy go off on me, my partner and my kid. They were really busy so I'm wondering if they thought I was a different customer but either way that is unacceptable customer service. One of the managers excused him and then kept acting like I was being a jerk. Even doordashing from them is a hassle!

This location is notorious for forgetting items in your order. Can’t remember the last time they didn’t mess up my order. Doesn’t matter if it’s in person or DoorDash, always missing something or completely wrong

Tried to put through an order on the app considering it's one of the few places opened at midnight. It kept saying "uh-oh, theres an issue processing your payment." But it would take the payment out and refund it a minute later. Called and asked if they were having problems with their mobile ordering system. He said I was the first to call, and said the app had issues sometimes. I said "that's okay, I'll be through the drive through shortly." And he hung up. Idk if they had mobile ordering turned off but decided to order from the Frying Pan instead. They're also opened at midnight.

Horible service kid with long red hair and glasses with some scruff was rude and told me to leave because he messed up and gave me my drink twice and second drink had chunky white floating in it like something was dumped in it. Horible staff management needs to adjust some attitudes.

The wait time when you’re picking up your order is horrendous and insane. Tell me why I had to wait like 30 minutes extra that I was supposed to get my online order. That is just not good service. The food is alright at best, the flavors are dull. The atmosphere is filled with people like me waiting for their order, its kind of depressing.

Arrived at 10:55PM and no one answered at the drive thru. Employees came out the back door, and several cars in parking lot, but no response at drive thru. Watched 2 other vehicles pull in and attempt to order, driving off with no answer. Google states this location is open until 2 am.
Don't bother with the meals for 2/4, they always forget stuff. Also the Cantina items never get their sauce.

Really rude service and the guy manager is a jerk. I was missing two steak quesadillas and a Crunchwrap supreme and he refused to replace them. All that money I work hard for as a nurse gone. So disappointed

Ordered a couple times from here now and with my most recent order through delivery - completely forgot to add fries and the carryout receipt specifically shows 10 pieces nuggets and received 5.
Didn't think you could mess this order up, but again - this location has proven me wrong. I would rate this location subpar to other spots.

Cantina chicken bowl gross rice rock hard just like chicken. Ordered no sour cream, it was at the bottom, they scraped off the top and got half the nasty chicken!
