Worst Taco Bell visit I’ve ever had, took over 20m to get our food (couple of tacos and one casadia), the kids tacos were ordered with extra cheese two of them you could count the pieces of cheese, wife’s casadia wasn’t even cut barely had anything on it and was cold, missing a taco that was a big ordeal to get because the 4 employees would look at you but not come to the counter until they bring the next order up. Wasn’t busy had maybe 6 people in the store besides my family.

I ordered 5 chalupas last night for my boyfriend and I, went thru drive thru when I paid my order was already done when home and we ate they chalupa shells were so very hard filling was barely warm ,we did not eat all of them they were so gross,I woke up so sick this morning,I wouldn't be surprised if they were just sitting there my order was completed as soon as I got up to the drive thru window,never ever going back there again

Terrible service. And the manager there swore at me and would not give me my order . Very rude and I will never eat at Taco Bell cause they are theives...they got caught by me stealing my doordashes !!!

So did the touch screen since they no longer acknowledge you as a human. Said I would pay in cash on the screen. So my order never got processed because no one was present to take my cash so I waited finally the Manger that was already rude (side story I am waiting with lots of other walks in and yells everyone in the front needs to move now because my truck is here) now is like well that's your fault for not paying. I couldn't pay my bill because no one was available to take my money. Absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered at 5:20pm. At 6.00 someone finally questioned my order and found out that it has to be remade because my order was given out in drive thru! No one had said anything at the time! Finally at 6.15 someone started remaking my order! I got my order at 6:22!!! Over a hour after the order was iniatally placed!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!! I got no apology no nothing!!!

Half the time my order is wrong, but when they get it right it's usually fresh and amazing. Had one of their employees shout at me while I had my kid in the back seat claiming rudeness from me, but I work in the fast food industry and am not rude to people just doing their jobs. Just because I wasn't all perky and bubbly because I was tired does not mean I'm being rude, I'm just placing an order. I did not raise my voice or call names or talk down to anyone, simply stated my order and paid at the 1st window and at the 2nd window had this guy go off on me, my partner and my kid. They were really busy so I'm wondering if they thought I was a different customer but either way that is unacceptable customer service. One of the managers excused him and then kept acting like I was being a jerk. Even doordashing from them is a hassle!

This location is notorious for forgetting items in your order. Can’t remember the last time they didn’t mess up my order. Doesn’t matter if it’s in person or DoorDash, always missing something or completely wrong
