We just went in with a rather large online order (for about 8 people) when we got there we were handed one very light bag and we questioned if this was all , but we were assured that was everything, so we walked to our car checked everything and ended up missing over half of our order! So we went back in to ask for the rest and then sat there for 25 minutes to get the rest of it. We got home and ended up missing 3 tacos still and a few of the tacos didn’t have meat in them!The guy who gave us our stuff also said straight to our faces that he didn’t want to put our sauce in the bag for us and said we can do it ourselves!

Went through the drive, and they got my order wrong, and I had them correct it when I paid. At the pick-up window, the order was still wrong, and the lady argued with me, saying it's not on the screen. And the food was not even worth the price or the disrespect

We just went thru drive thru, so I can't rate the full experience. But our tacos were done fast, and the staff was polite.
Asked for three tacos with just meat and lettuce, no cheese. Proceeded to give me three tacos with no lettuce, just meat and cheese.

Worker at the 1st drive thru window where we paid for our food tried to short change us $3. Was very frustrating that employees can't be trusted any better than that. We complained about the shortage at the 2nd window when we discovered the shortage and were reimbursed our $3.

My order was missing items so I stood at the counter while they looked at me numerous times without help I finally said can I get the rest of my food when they finally came up and looked at my receipt he kinda rudely gave me the rest of my food! I won't eat at this taco bell again.

T bell coniseur here, I have been around the country eating from all kinds of tacobells. This is one of my main tacobell locations that I have been pursuing. I found the quality has decreased with time. I recently ate a meal and found myself disappointed in this locations food. This is t-bell, you don't care about the service, the look of the resturant, or the way the staff treats you. You are here for cheap fast food. My main worry is the food which has gotten worse and worse to the point of known return. I no longer recomend this location and would easily recommend the one in Louise.
Stopped in on 2/22 at about 6:30pm. Fat blonde girl was extremely rude. Had ear buds in so she couldn’t hear anything I said and didn’t say a word to me but literally threw out food at us from the window. I’m not expecting the best service I mean it is Taco Bell but this was extremely bad.
