Don’t go to this location, they always end up messing your orders up. Half the time you find random items inside of your food or they miss items that actually belong on the food. Never had a good experience no matter what time of day at this location. I recommend going to the 1611 W 41st Street location instead.

This is like the 3rd time we have come through and the food is nothing but wrong. Requested no lettuce, guess what we got? Ordered a chicken quesadilla? It's got tomatoes all throughout it, and im allergic to tomatoes, it doesnt matter if you tell them that or not.

Never, ever go to this store to pick up an order for a DoorDash customer after lobby hours. They don’t care about or respect delivery drivers. Let me tell you about my experience.
I went to this store to pick up an order for a DoorDash customer after the lobby had closed. The customer had only ordered two Mountain Dew Baja Blasts — no food, just drinks. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, wondering why it was taking so long to fill two drinks and hand them to me.
During that time, other delivery drivers who arrived after me got their orders and left. I was the only one still waiting — for over 40 minutes — just for drinks. One lady was working at the drive-thru window, and the rest of the staff, including the manager, were inside. The lady at the window clearly saw me waiting but never approached me or asked about my order.
Finally, after 40 minutes of silence and frustration, I couldn’t take it anymore and shouted, “Excuse me, guys, can you help me or not? I’ve been waiting here for freaking 40 minutes just for two drinks!”
That’s when the manager came out and harshly and rudely said, “Why are you yelling at us? We’re not serving you today. Leave the store.” She repeated it several times without even listening to what I had to say. Since it’s private property, I left immediately.
This world can be so cruel.

They will blatantly ignore you if they suspect you're affiliated with any of the apps they do business with. 1/10 times I go here I get decency, otherwise, I have to beg to get any help. Not a fun place to be. Staff always seemed rushed yet half the time only seems like there is a car in drive thru and maybe a couple mobile orders. It seems like the only focus just like any similar establishment is to consistently take care of customers in vehicles at the windows. Ignore me in the store while the order I'm there for is sitting in their spot where they gatekeep orders versus using the togo window they created. I understand theft is a problem but what I also understand is providing consistent customer service is a must and they can't seem to do that. I've been in kitchens like this so save me from any discernment towards this review when it comes to understanding the challenges that come with being in one. Do better so we can all live mas. 🫵

Half of our order was missing, the half that we did get was cold and stale. Will not visit this piticular location again, very sad.
All I got was 2 cheesy rolls ups, and it looks like they threw the cheese in, rolled it up, and threw it in the bag, it was cold and cold the obviously wasn’t melted. No excuses because they weren’t busy. Let’s end incompetent and lazy workers.
