Brianna C had an attitude and was rude. Got my order wrong and argued with me about it. Interrupted me while I was trying to explain what was wrong. Tried to get it fixed 3 times and was rude about it. Didn’t try to listen to what I was saying to explain what was wrong and what I wanted. Called me hostile when this was the third time trying to get the correct burrito. Also ordered a taco with sour cream charged for the sour cream yet none on my taco.I have worked for this taco John’s before and I know how what you’re supposed to do when something’s wrong. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

I have been missing Mexi Rolls for the last few years! Today I asked that a beef, bean, & cheese burrito be deep fried to create a very large Mexi Roll. No questions asked, the staff made my wish come true. 100% would recommend stopping into this location. The staff have a super positive attitude and want to make your visit as great as possible! I see a lot of reviews saying they got the wrong order or were missing an item. Check your order before you leave. It's not hard to ask for a missing item before leaving the store. They would make things right without issue. I've had nothing but great experiences with this location for the last four years. Food service staff do not get paid enough to deal with terrible customers.

Can never get all my order to me without having to take a second trip. Charging so much for side cheese and then never recieving it time after time is getting old... I won't eat there again.
Whether I drive up, order online, or come in to have a seat. I love this Taco John's. They always treat me right and they make the prices right also. They now have later hours so I don't have to worry about finding dinner at 8:00 or 9:00 at night.

Had a large take out order (12 items). 3 were not correct. Had to return to get them corrected, so my food got cold returning. Will double check ALL items before leaving next time, if we come back.
