Ordered a taco salad and a taco bravo the taco bravo was sub par only half the normal size so to compensate they threw in an extra hard shell taco which they could have explained that before I drove away totally not happy with the whole experience!!! Bad totally bad !
Very poor customer service no one helped me at the counter till I went to the self kiosk then asked a question help finding something employee just walked away as I asked her a question very rude employees do better

First time visiting a Taco John's restaurant so spent some time studying the menu and the girl at the register was very patient and answered all of our questions. The tacos and burritos were ok, editable, for the price.
