I owned a Hispanic restaurant for 5 years and I can tell you this is one of the only places I’ve found to actually be authentic in South Dakota. The food is bursting with flavor! Sadly, I won’t be going there anymore because every time I’ve gone the ladies in the food truck don’t wear gloves. I’ve asked nicely each time for them to please put gloves on and they always seems annoyed and upset by it no matter how nice you ask. The last straw for me was watching her accidentally cut herself and still flipping the tortillas, touching raw meat while bleeding out and then touching the fresh vegetables to top the tacos. This time I got upset and so did the lady and she gave me the option to “take them or leave” she also stated “the owner doesn’t care if we use gloves or not, so we’re not going to.” I’m honestly disgusted. This place really needs to be inspected.

I got the steak burrito and I forgot to tell em only steak and cheese and rice, well after they made it and I realized it, I asked if it could be made like the way I like and they had no problem doing it. Didn't even get charge like I thought I would! And I lovecthe green Chilli sauce! My favorite!
We went monday evening. Around 5:30. The girl was working alone. She was not having a good day. Her customer service was horrible. I understand she was alone .Tacos were good. They only had 4 meats available . Over priced.Weve been going here since they were a truck by the freeway. Its sad to see where they are now. The truck looks amazing . The inside needs help. And cleaned.We were disappointed.

Walked in and Noone was around to greet or tend to us. We asked about the taco truck outside and the woman that finally came over looked annoyed with us and didn't speak English or atleast she acted like she didnt. We just changed our minds and left.
