One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. Food was so amazing. Luis was a FANTASTIC server. I can’t believe I had never been here until now, but it is now my favorite restaurant in town.

Found this restaurant online as we drove in to Sioux Falls from Chicago today. Wanted to reward ourselves with a great meal after a long drive, and Tarquin was truly a gem. We started with the empanadas which were superb. My wife and I had salad and split the 14 ounce ribeye - very tasty and perfectly grilled. Plenty of other sides available.Finished off with their very moist and delicious chocolate cake. Service was excellent, presentation beautiful, inside is very exquisite....
