TASTEAS Bubble Waffle,Tea & Rolled Ice Cream

Great place but customers are rude to the poor guy. He deserves a medal for the crap he puts up with, and even stays kind and respectful. Tastey snacks for sure

I went there yesterday to try their fruity boba drinks (I love the fruity popping boba; I've had it in a different state before and it was my first time trying to find a place in Sioux Falls that had the same). The service was friendly and the drink I ordered tasted amazing! I am definitely going to be coming back to this place and I highly recommend it.

If you want to wait 30 mon for a bubble tea with the worst customer service, this is the place for you!

I love coming here to get the Cappuccino Coffee Smoothie with the Coffee Jelly’s. It is my favorite coffee smoothie in Sioux Falls. Being able to have the jellies or the bobas makes the drink so fun.

There aren't many places in town that offer loose leaf tea, so I'm glad they offer it here. I ordered online last week and got the white peach oolong (80% sweetness) and it was perfect. Probably the best drink I've had from a boba shop. They started doing sushi now too and I'm glad I can get my favorite tea and sushi in one place :)

We were at the boot store next door and decided to give this place a try. Tastes great, beautiful presentation and very friendly staff. They were super slow though. Don’t go there unless you have a solid 5-6 minutes to wait per order item

Was greeted with a smile! Kara was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable about everything boba. First time going to a boba shop and my experience was wonderful!!! The place was clean, prices affordable, will definitely be going back!!!

The tea is always incredible even if you have to wait a little longer. The ice cream is always incredible with a variety of topping and flavors, but make sure to get there quickly because they do run out sometimes. The staff is always friendly, and I have never had my order messed up or done wrong. The store it's is a little bare but the service makes up for it

Vegetarian options: They have no meat on the menu, and animal products are optional or stated for certain items

Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of options for sugar levels, non-dairy options that are just a given for the teas, no non-dairy ice cream, vegan and vegetarian options.

Parking: It is in a strip mall, so you have plenty of room to park, but getting into it can be a little hard coming from the wrong direction

Wheelchair accessibility: It is not super accessible but there is a ramp up to the concrete down strip mall a few stores. There is a lip at the door but not terrible. No handicap or disability parking.

It would be nice if you were nicely greeted instead of the employee just saying it's going to take a long time so you should probably go somewhere else. You sound like you don't want customers.

I have been coming to Tasteas every week without fail for years. The only weeks I miss are on holidays when the shop is closed. Every staff member that I’ve met at Tasteas has been really nice and respectful. All of them have memorized my order after enough time and I have happy memories of them all. The rolled ice cream does take more time than American soft serve to prepare but that doesn’t matter to me since it’s rolled ice cream with fresh ingredients that has to be hand frozen and prepared. The quality of the food, consistency in the recipes, and the awesome staff is what’s kept me coming every week. I can’t wait to see you guys again.

You could have 0 stars and I’ll still come because I’ve never had bad service or drinks. I have seen people throw hissy fits when they run out of boba 30 minutes to close, there’s so many other options why be a Karen ?‍♀️ Tasteas all day and your not changing my mind
