Will not be going back to this store!!! I purchased an order from the kiosk, swipped my debit card and it was approved through the kiosk. once I got to the register I was told the transaction didn't go through. I checked my bank account and it indeed went through. I spent the next 2 hours in the store on the phone with the manager. She was telling me there was nothing she could do. So they took my money but I didn't get any food!!! Never again will I come back!!!

It's always great when I go there!! It can be busy so be patient waiting for your food but its worth it! The food is always fresh and delicious but you get what you pay for!! Enjoy!!

Food was pretty mediocre. Customer Service was worse unfortunately. Chicken Katsu was fairly dry but based on how I was treated by the staff upon my arrival, I didn't feel it would be worth a mention. Vegetables in the bowl were lukewarm at best. The eggroll and potstickers were disappointing. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and needless to say I won't be taking that friend's recommendation again.

went in here today, ordered a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. the water from the fountain machine was a dark muddy color. although the food smelled very good i was too concerned to eat it after seeing the color of the water.

Well , what to begin with , me & my kids were very excited to try this place out , but sadly as soon as we walked in , the lady in the counter just gave us a disgusting look , but we continued to order as our first time there we didn’t know the sizes or prices we asked a couple of questions which she continued to answer in a very rude way , we got our food & honestly my bowl had more rice than chicken which is fine I guess but it was really cold like it had been sitting there for hours , anyways I ended up paying like $35 bucks for 2 regular bowls & a drink - never coming back

Food is always fresh and good. Workers could act a little more nicer than they do but I get it, it’s fast food. The bathrooms on the other hand, need some work. Disgusting enough I didn’t go. The woman’s bathroom also doesn’t lock so not much privacy if you’re alone and no one can stand guard.

Placed an order online en-route to location. When I arrived there was a brief delay, then a young man named Reed returned to the front and helped me with my order. He did a good job explaining things and even apologized for the wait. Everything was as ordered, and high quality. Will definitely come back!

Never had a bad experience with teriyaki madness but not sure what is going on in that kitchen …? I ordered a regular bowl + vegetables. Why were there no vegetables… isn’t that a large part of the advertising .. ? no complaints with this restaurant up until now..👎

Love their Teriyaki chicken bowls. I only get meat and vegetables. Large bowl enough for 2 meals. I add my own noodles or rice if I take it to go.

If you want very good food and or if you like it spicy this is a really good place to eat it's not a big restaurant but that doesn't matter the food is big! Give it a shot. I will be going back again it was very tasty!

We ordered two bowls and pot stickers, the food did NOT even come out together.
The pot stickers are deep fried which means they are NOT pot stickers they are fried dumplings.
Food was ok at best, vegetables were cold in a hot food bowl. At about 6 bites. 1 pot stickers and threw the rest away.
We will never be back and definitely won't recommend.
