I recently visited The Keg with high expectations, especially after seeing their website advertise a great deal: "Kids eat for $.99 on Tuesdays." However, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I was disappointed to learn that they only offer take-out orders and do not honor the $.99 kids special. This misleading advertisement left my family and me feeling frustrated and misled.
It's disappointing that a reputable restaurant like The Keg would promote such a deal on their website without honoring it in practice. I hope they can rectify this issue and provide clear and accurate information to their customers in the future.

Special Thank you to The Keg Chicken on catering our daughter’s wedding meal last Saturday night. The challenge of losing your entire truck order due to the flooding the day before before our 300 person wedding cater job had to be very stressful. The Keg did everything in their power with the help of the community to fullfill our cater job. The food was excellent and you pulled it off without a flaw! We highly recommend to anyone who needs catering .

I had ordered a week ago online. I was having people over for my daughter’s birthday party. I was to pick up my order around 5:45pm. I called at 5:15 to check on the order and was told the kitchen was closed. Some maintenance or something. I never got a call or any notice. Not even an apology. They just said they would refund my money. That’s great and all but now I have 10 people coming over in 20 minutes and have absolutely no food for the party. I’m extremely disappointed and not happy about the lack of communication and making me look bad to everyone coming to the party. Probably not ever coming back because of this.

Were from Sioux City so only eat here a few times a year. Ordered carryout, we usually dine in. Staff is awesome and food is amazing. We've had mostly the same waitress the last 3 years, you must treat her well. Fried chicken, Chicken Strips, broasted wedges, and cheese balls are our go too choices

Door was locked when I got there. I went way out of my way to get there. There was a sign that said pick up only. Perhaps this a way of forcing people to install their app if there is one. I wasn't about to eat greasy chicken in my truck. I do tend to make a mess and I don't want chicken grease on my leather seats. It was too cold and windy for me to tailgate. I didn't notice or look for a drive through. I was looking forward to eating at the buffet. Four other chicken places come to mind.

LOVE the chicken! Everything was perfect except the lady at the bar. I understand she was busy with in & out orders, but a 45-minute wait just to get a check is ridiculous. She could take a couple of minutes to chat with other customers but not come to our table and take the payment.
They have the best chicken and the manager Britney is awesome she always takes care of us to make sure we get our food just the way we like it and right on ti'm never leaves us waiting she is always on top of things it's clean it's friendly and it's

You all need to adjust your hours. Only open four hours on a Thursday? I work splits at my job and would like to walk over there but when you open I have to clock back in. Your hours are ridiculous

Crispy but really greasy and the chicken was stringy. The breading had no flavor and dropped of grease.Disappointed on many levels. We heard great things so maybe we just got a wonky batch.
