Overall, the food was very good. Mine was slightly cold when I received it, but wasn’t worth complaining about. Our server was absolutely amazing and I could not have been happier with how polite she was!
What I hoped to be an enjoyable lunch with friends WASN’T! Walked in to three people at the front welcome entry. Not welcoming but on their phones and chatting amongst, thought I was invisible! Finally one said my friend was to the back & left!! Really❓ How is this customer service? Floor, table and menus were sticky with syrup from brunch! A bit busy but food took over an hour. There were five of us. Three of us got our food, after getting up to ask where the other two...
Service was prompt, our server was very friendly and helpful. They were able to find the WNBA game that I was interested in watching. Without any sound or closed captioning, it was harder to follow the game, which was disappointing.
