Did an online order and went to pick up at the drive up window - i asked the cashier if I can add a side order of spicy mayo and he added it to the total. Left after i got my food and realized i never got the sauce. Went back to ask for it and the lady was extremely rude.

Went to order king roll, with king crab, nope fake crab, no real meat all, everything is fake. Same fake crab as the supermarket sushi. Everything is not real but at real prices…

Ok. Usually I give 5 stars but this day wasn't so 5 starish. We went there on Labor Day with a party of 5. It wasn't very busy but our server wasn't on point like they normally are. The food was mediocre this day. Normally I feel like they put pride in making the food. My chicken lo mein had dry chicken in it and my sushi roll wasn't very tight. I still love this place and I'll still come back to it. This is the only time I haven't had anything but stellar service. Maybe they were having a not so great day themselves. I don't know. I need to be honest in my comment so that they know as well. It wouldn't do any justice to give them five stars when it wasn't five stars. Then it gives them an opportunity to lower the bar. That wouldn't be fair to them. I still recommend this place. They do have buy two get one free rolls Monday through Thursday I believe between certain hours and also not on holidays.
Amazing!! The ramen there is perfection staff are friendly and so are customers really loyal!

We ordered a take out order for a hour and half ahead of time pick up. It was not ready and they couldn’t even find the order. We used their website option for order and paid up front. This is not the first time this has happened. Their sushi is great but the just can’t get their crap together.

I really enjoy the service and atmosphere. I believe Tokyo 26 is the only AYCE sushi in town. The ramen is pretty good as well!
