I got just the wagoo burger. The bun was cold and slightly soggy on top as though it had just been thawed. Only one tomato slice and not much lettuce. Patty was good but a little small for the price. For some reason they didn’t have fries so gave out a handful of chips instead. Maybe the fryer is broken. I get that it’s made with waygu but I’m not convinced it’s worth the price. With only chips available they should discount it or offer the burgers à la cart, they should do that anyway.

I had to leave a 2nd review to do this justice: not only did they overcharge me 20 cents on my overpriced food order that I already tipped on, they tried to add a 33% tip to the 15$ 4-pack I bought at the counter just prior! My credit card company emailed me and asked if I approved it. I SPECIFICALLY remember thinking 15 bucks was absurd for 4 canned beers and that asking for a tip was even MORE absurd so I hit no tip, but then to try and blindside me with a 33% tip?? You really should have checked my ID first, not just for my age, but to see that I'm FROM here and I'm not a foolish tourist for you to squeeze. And 33%? That's five bucks they're trying to pluck from my wallet! Who's leaving a 5 dollar tip on a 15$ FOUR-pack of beer that wasn't even SERVED to them?
This is unacceptable business practice for any company that refers to themselves as 'local', and I absolutely expect someone from the business to be reaching out to me to explain this nonsense, or I might be having someone from my 'business' reaching out to them, very very soon. This disgusts me coming from a South Dakota business, it truly does.

I always loved their burger, but I have been feeling like their food quality is going down. This time specifically, the burger bun is solid cold. Very disappointing. I hope their burgers will get better again soon.

I would kill for a burger joint like this back home. Stopped in with friends and family and everyone was impressed. I had the burger with jalapeño bacon and habanero jam. Top 2 burgers I’ve had in my life without question. This will be a stop every time in town no question. And don’t forget the fries they were as good as they get

What a great little gem in Downtown Sioux Falls! Finally, I found a burger that reminded me of the old Hamburger Shop that was around years ago! What a great tasting burger patty, and then you add the topping to make it even better. Will be here again, and maybe I'll have one of their beers. Thanks ?
The start of my Burger Dream with the Oooh Bleep burger! Delicious jalapeno Bacon, delectable bun and Pattie!. My daughter also raved about her banh mi burger too. Got served faster than a tennis player. A+ folks ?
The burgers were excellent and the fries top notch! The meat was seasoned and delicious, toppings were unique, high quality bun, and crispy fries. The restaurant itself is in a cool old building downtown. Definitely a great spot and I would highly recommend it.
The service at the front counter and by the waitstaff was impeccable. We had a mishap where one of our burgers ended up on the floor and the waiter very graciously brought us another burger right away and was so kind about it. The food was amazing. 10/10 recommend. ??
