Room 320 need massive work! it's so gross. Hair on bathroom floors. Nothing lime having a bug crawling on you at 4am. Carpets are awful. Worst part is the AC vent is full of mold! Nothing like getting people sick be cause if poor maintenance. I would expect these things from a super 8 not a Marriott.
I should had paid attention to the rating, but since I make reservations via Marriott Bonvoy, and Trip Advisor, I assumed a “Sheraton” would be nice. It was was, I am sure back in the day. Very worn, seemed dirty everywhere. Never will think about this place. Should have stayed downtown… But, that is my mistake, not theirs. Was told I initially I had no reservation… until I showed them an email and my Marriott App.
It's always an absolute pleasure staying here when in Sioux Falls. I like that the gym stays open 24/7 and the swimming facilities close late. Inside, facilities are absolutely immaculate, and more importantly, staff are friendly, hospitable and amicable. Rooms are both spacious and clean with copious supplies of fresh linen. Importantly for intrepid explorers, interstates and the airport are easily accessible within 5 minutes. This is the preferred choice when in Sioux Falls.
