I recently visited this Wendy's location and had a mixed experience. The food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient, so kudos to the staff for that! However, I was very disappointed to find that they apparently do not accept mobile tap-to-pay (like Google Pay or Apple Pay) in the drive-thru. I could clearly see the POS terminal was equipped for tap payments from my car, but the functionality seemed disabled or they refused to use it. The staff informed me that mobile tap-to-pay is only accepted inside the restaurant. This means if you want to pay with your phone, you have to park your car and go inside. I don't usually carry my physical credit cards with me, and in this day and age, it's incredibly frustrating to encounter this. It truly feels like going back to the year 2020. I hope this gets fixed soon, as it's a major inconvenience.

Ordered online pick up they didn’t know how to speak properly and we had to repeat ourselves 5 times than they mess up the chicken sandwich taste horrible likes it’s been resting for hours and the fries tasted like dirt and I asked for ranch and bbq they give me ONE honey bbq NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR I DONT GET ITTT DO BETTER

Always forgetting items

Never got the food, we cancelled our order because people were handling food with bare hands.
The fry guy, the manager and another were grabbing the fry boxes from the top touching the fries.
When I brought this up to the manager, I got a little bit of an attitude but I did get my money back.
Went next door to Freddy's and got a really good meal without people touching the food...

Worse customer service I've ever seen they will throw your order at you and have an attitude with you while ordering and paying. They always get my order wrong too.

I ordered a six piece chicken nugget and I got four my first time ordering it then they said that They would replace it and I came in to get my replacement and they still gave me less than six and the manager she gave me attitude when I asked for the replacement like they said they would. Horrible service!!!

Was running door dash and drove through to grab the order. We were told to pull forward to wait for the chicken. We waited 20 minutes. Someone came out and asked what we were waiting for. She came back out and gave us the order. The frosty is half melted, hope the rest of the food is decent.

Stoped in for the new sandwich. Asked for no pickles on it. They pulled me so they had plenty of time to make it right. The chicken was not cooked fully at all. And the edges were squishy. Places can get sued over stuff like this. We will see if I get sick. And guess what was on it. The one thing I asked them to not put on. Way to drop the ball. Need managers that will actually train there staff. Will not be going back. Have it all documented.
