We ordered the apple pecan salad andgood thing I looked at the order before we left because they gave us the wrong dressing and fried onions instead of pecans. Smh we went back through and not only did they take forever to open the window they still didn't give us what we asked for . The manager does not do their job very well at all. I wouldn't even give one star . Very disappointed with the service here. ! Also they didn't have NO chili which the only reason we stopped there .

I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for Wendy's new specials so I got a hold of store manager Amy and she made sure I was up and running and was able to place my orders and I really appreciate that. She was friendly and very understanding, If she didn't do that its very possibly be that I would no longer be a customer because I find that stuff very frustrating and not worth the trouble so Wendy Corp should pat Amy on the back for keeping another customer happy and coming back.

Store was FILTHY! Bathroom horrendous. Trash all over the floor of bathroom and dining area. Whole time I was there the team was just standing at counter talking and being loud. This was the day shift, when night shift crew came in the atmosphere changed and became professional and serious. Oh and please for the love of God clean your soda dispenser!!!
Sorry the local franchisee did not participate in give away. Got food poisoning from burger I bought. Will not go back to Wendy's.

I ve eaten at Wendy's for years! I loved their spicy chicken sandwich, vanilla frostys and their chili. We ate there Feb. 1 2024. The chicken sandwich didnt cover bun, or also had a line of gristle in it. I couldn't chew it. The Frostys were creamy and delicious. They are soooo watery and fake tasting I didn't finish. Well I am paying more for poorer quality. Done with Wendy's.

First experience with carry out here was great. Food was fast and fresh, ordering was easy. Been back three times since that initial order and been disappointed in new ways each time. My primary gripe is the self-ordering POS machines. I don't mind using them to order, I actually find them more convenient. This Wendy's location serves up more errors on the machines than they do food. When I can't use the machines to order myself it's been a frustrating struggle attempting to get the employees to help me order using their POS. Seriously, pay attention to your front of house guys. Left without food this time. Three strikes, you're out.
