Do they just not have access to tell the correct timing of an order ? Don't tell me it will be 15-20 minutes when it's take 45 to an hour! If it wasn't for my husband I would have absolutely demanded a refund for the additional 25-30 minute wait.

first timer here::: got 20 wings, 2 sides of fries, and a 4pc tender for under $30. good value, great flavors. sweet chili (limited edition) was my fav, y'all should probably keep that flavor! only disappointment was that the GarParm was a rub and not a sauce. great food though overall!

The boneless wings were surprisingly big. Seemed like a great value. I've picked up orders here for door dash and many times it seemed to take a while, and I could not figure out why they were behind on orders.. it's because the food is amazing, so they stay super busy. So I think It's well worth the wait as long as it's fresh.. I think Wing Stop should open a few more locations to be able to keep up with the demand.. this place is definitely my wing go to place in sioux falls!!

I never leave reviews and I’ve genuinely never had a problem with wingstop, but my mom pulled a piece of hair out of her mouth from a chicken tender and she just wanted to call to let them know what had happened. The manger spoke a lot trying to explain what we could do which was kind, but then he wouldn’t stop speaking when she tried to get something out, so when she did try and express herself in a respectful manner, he said she was rude and eventually hung up after continuing to speak over. I know these people don’t get paid enough to deal with people who have a problem, but it just pissed me off that the manager would hang up on someone who was kindly saying what happened. Disappointed by managers who think they “ deal with a lot” like sir you work for wingstop😭

Food tested great as always, but it will be a while before I go back considering my whole family got food poisoning. Did not even attempt to try the veggies as they were on the verge of being spoiled/moldy.

I want to be as fair and honest as possible this place simply as problems, however my experiences at this place so there is potential in the place, i will first talk about the food it is some damn good chicken the fries I can think of a 2 times I went and they were not up to standard. But the food is good large wing good seasoning and sauces, however yes wait times are long when I first went there I remember being told it would take 45 minutes with kinda threw a wrench into my plans that day. The times are long you can expect 40 minutes to an hour, and customer service does its best to help but with little staff it’s hard to run this restaurant, but it feels like they can put more pride in their craft, but one thing people don’t know is Wingstop is meant for online orders, so no surprise that the lobby could use work that place can use a clean up but to atmosphere can be killer if they hire a few good hardworking employees this place could take off
