I go in there a lot love the food last 2 times I’ve been , it’s been awful, first time I went I waited an hour to get my food, second time I went I order a 4 piece chicken strip and I got 3, I’m on a lunch break budget and for 4 with a drink and fries is 10$ it’s amazing when I get back to work for the rest of lunch break and see 3 I’m not to happy.

You need to learn how to keep your front entry walkway shoveled. It is utterly ridiculous that you have so many working in the store and not one person has shoveled. I'm the type that will sue if I fall on your walkway. DO BETTER!

Wait time said 16 minutes minimum for only a large fry, when I arrived and got home my food was already cold, some fries weren’t cooked along with wrong flavor fries.
(I stay across the street and arrived on time right when they were finishing the order)

Ordered delivery. And 5 minutes after I was supposed to.have food delivered, I was messaged that my order was canceled. No explanation. So naturally I called store. Left on hold for 5 minutes before I ditched. My family wants wing stop very badly...so im gonna go drive across town to the better one. Sadly, I cant get delivery from Minnesota ave location : / boo to 57th street. Hopefully i dont have to go there to get my money back : (

Order 2 hours ago, it took them 90 minutes to get the food delivered. When the food came, I only received 36 out the 48 wings. I called to get a refund and was put on hold for 30 minutes with no answer.

Atmosphere is very dark. Wings weren't anything special. Average at best. The cashier said the garlic parm wings had a lot of sauce on them but my sons wings didn't have a drop of sauce on them. I had the mild wings and they had very little sauce on them. The were lacking in flavor. The cashier was friendly; he had a nice smile. Unfortunately, when they gave us our food, they forgot to give me my wings. Overall my experience was mediocre. I likely won't go back.

The management/leads seem to want this franchise to be successful. They were hands on and active within the team. Our order was missing some wings and they corrected it with double the portion along with fantastic customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

The hot honey rub chicken sandwich was very good Love the corn and the voodoo fries. The ranch one of the best ranches I've had highly recommend Also the Hawaiian sauce was good.
The Mexican street corn Louisiana rub honey rub we're all amazing on this strips! The cheese sauce is delicious and their ranch is always good, The fries were on point as well,
