Amazing atmosphere, good location, and top notch beer! John and Johnny were the two best bartenders I've ever had! I'll be back!
Always one of my first choices
Good beers, good variety, love the new pergola outside. Super chill and even good pizza from a local pizzeria. Owners are great locals and invested in the community.
We came across this brewery while walking around the SculptureWalk. We ordered a flight of Honey Deb, Milk Stout, Nap Culture: Strawberry Rhubarb, and Duck Tape Piñata. The beers were good, but we were disappointed that there were a couple we wanted to try but they were sold out. You have to walk up to the bar to order drinks and food. For food, they have a pub mix, different kinds of packaged pretzels, and pizza from Sunny’s Pizzeria.
Smaller venue serving really good beers. Nice location in the heart of the historic downtown scene.
Great selection of beers, nice employees
Small location but have top-notch beers. Both bartenders were extremely friendly. My buddy had a great conversation with one!
Came in from out of town for breweries. Called ahead because it was a holiday and they said they would be open for regular business hours. Stopped in at 8pm, door was unlocked but was told they were closing early and we couldn’t get served. Place looked clean and had potential to be a nice place. Disappointed that we couldn’t even be served.
Excellent beer!!! Honestly, that's all that matters, but this place is nicer than most smaller breweries I've been to in the San Diego and LA county areas. Woodgrain actually has more of a Sacramento and Bay area vibe to it here in the North Midwest. That's what I like about Sioux Falls.
Great Beer. Carnaval IPA is amazing
Nice clean place. You can try a sample before you buy something. Wide variety. Beer flights. Friendly service. I stopped in to try the barrel aged oatmeal stout but it was gone. The Amber Ale was okay. The Porter was good. They have a Milk Stout on a nitro tap that was really good. And a lager brew with some pickle juice that I found interesting. They also had some collaboration brews with other breweries that I didn't try but liked the idea of working together with other local breweries. I'll be back again sometime.
Restaurantji Recommends
I'm glad they are participating in the burger battle. People are so friendly!
The gentleman working was extremely friendly on Thanksgiving as we were passing thru. We were thankful they were open today. Good beer and pizza!
