I used to go to ziggis all the time, and it was always the best experience. The drinks were consistent, customer service fantastic. But within the last month, mostly the drink quality completely went down. 9/10 when I come now, my espresso drinks always taste burnt and just not too great. Im not sure what happened or if it was a change of employees, but I dont for-see myself coming back.

I've been to Ziggi's only a few times and everytime it takes forever to order and get your coffee. There were 4 cars in front of me and I waited over 15 minutes total. It's also insane to charge extra for syrup. A large iced latte was $9.

Stopped and did some work outside at a table this afternoon. The girls working were so friendly and helpful, the drink was delicious, and the worship music playing made my heart so happy. 100% recommend to anyone!
