It must have closed down or something. Cuz they don't respond to emails, comment, calls or nothing. They sure do post on Facebook a lot though
This place is closed indefinetly, wonder why they were so good
This place is not open and nobody responds to emails or phone calls. I'll change my rating once that changes.
One star because they were closed. Maybe outta business ??
Great place for lunch. We were there on a very cold day and soup was just what we needed. I had the chicken enchilada and my friend had the chicken pot pie. Make sure to dig deep as all the good stuff is in the bottom of the bowl. The piece of bread that came with the soup is a perfect dipper. Will be back again soon.

Honestly it wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst; as far as the food goes it was alright, albeit quite expensive for the portion size but it wasn’t my main complaint. My main problem is that the staff was consistently “hanging out” in one of the booths, which if it’s slow I have no problem with, but they were on the clock not serving us, and only came to the front when asked directly. A customer shouldn’t have to FIND and ASK the employees in order to purchase a dish.

I have been a visitor to Zoup for several years and had no complaints. Until my WEDDING DAY! We had placed a mobile order for our wedding party several days in advance for our lunch the day of. Everything was confirmed and set for the day. HOWEVER, the night before, and automated email is delivered canceling our order with no reasoning or apology. Zoup did not answer our phone calls or emails. Leaving us in a position to cater food the night before my wedding for our wedding party. This situation ruined Zoup for my friends and family.

Soup was cold. Salad tasted liked it’s been sitting in the fridge since the fifties. You could have knocked someone out with the bread.

Zoup was great! It's just a small place so it feels cozy. It wasn't too busy but there were young couples and families there as well. The food was great and it was ready in just a couple of minutes! Very fast. It's a good place for a relaxing lunch by yourself or with a friend.
