My students and I went to Dairy Queen for the free cone day, and they graciously accommodated over 60 students and a few adults. They gave us all of our free cones quickly and were very kind! We are so grateful. Thank you!!

Absolute terrible service, the lady that took our order was just plain disrespectful and very rude. When we pulled up to the window she just kept slamming the window, and wouldn’t say a word. Very sassy and terrible customer service. We spoke with the manager, and all we got was “I will talk to her” no apology, definitely do not recommend this place.

They actually are never open.

They messed up my order. I ask for a burger that didn’t include bacon or pepper jack. Not What I got was that. Yes I m extremely picky about my burgers. Plus the lobby is always close.

Rude to my eight year old. Then when I clarified she still screwed up the order. There is no reason an adult woman needs to be rude to a child.

Do not order frozen hot chocolate from this location. They do not make it correctly. Ours was made with normal chocolate syrup and there for was more like a milkshake. We have gotten frozen hot chocalete from other locations and they were great, but these were not made correctly. When we explained this to the manager and told him they just taste like chocolate malts and we think they were made wrong, he gave no solutions. Very disappointing if you are a frozen hot chocolate lover😔

So I pull, and Betsy awnser we closing and for no reason, by the way it’s 7. Second I pull to the window and the workers are not being active and standing around, I asked for something that you had and still charged me for it and tried replacing it with an icecream cone and still charged extra. On top of it all, ONE MASSIVE STRAY PUBE in my extra topped Cookie dough blizzard. This is why I’m bring the concerns to the chat, and requesting new everything. Maybe close ? (Might be a smart option) 😀👍👎✌️. Thats one long pube, had to eat around it.

Tried to place an order, guy kept saying the wrong order back to me, after correcting him 3x he still got it wrong, I just drove off, you have to hire better quality employees, pay a better wage or something, never going back

Don't waste your money or time. Ordered 2 large turtle pecan blizzards which were more milkshake than anything. Asked her to tip upside down as any other Dairy Queen will do to prove they're thick and a blizzard. Refused, said they can't do that as some of their blizzards will pour right out. I asked for the free blizzard which is common if they run out, they said they're not with such and such franchise and don't have to do that. Nice thing about Spearfish, there's a really great Culver's right down the road and it's actually busy because they give customer service and quality products. Last time I'll spend a penny here and all those friends we told won't either.

Horrible food and service. I tried giving this place a second chance after they cycled through all new staff and it’s still just as bad if not worse. I never leave bad reviews, but this is unacceptable. I’ve included photos of our food that we got at peak lunch time. In the cup we have “gravy” that I can only assume has been reheated several times. And in my basket I have uncooked chicken strips. Not to mention most of the food was ice cold and dry. The women who took our order was also very rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. If anyone is reading this review and you really want Dairy Queen take the extra 30 minutes and drive to Belle Fourche. This was a horrible experience and beyond unacceptable!
