Wife and daughter walked over to get some snacks and were treated rudely. They were out of many items and my daughter noticed crumbs on at least one of the tables despite no one else being in the store.

Walked in to grab a quick bite (few days ago now) to a lady cocooned into a carhart style jacket hood up, gentleman leaning on the counter with the same look of annoyance. Neither made eye contact, neither said a word to me. As I was browsing the menu I asked if they had steak fingers, she annoyingly responded “yeah we’re privately owned we don’t have a lot of things” then rolled her eyes. As my husband was going to the bathroom I stepped to the side and said I’d wait for him to order. A pick up truck pulls up and the girl rolls her eyes for at least the 4th time since our arrival and says cool guess I won’t be getting a break today. I went and told my husband we aren’t spending our money here where we clearly aren’t welcome. With their attitudes and lack of care for anything going on around them I figured I didn’t trust them touching my food either. It’s a shame, this was our 4th time trying to give this place another chance. Won’t be making that mistake again. I get staffing is hard to come by but at some point you have to realize that the way your staff treat people is going to impact your sales and your business reputation.

I think this was probably some of the worst customer service ever. The lady literally rolled her eyes at me and shut the window mid sentence while I was talking… the food is tolerable but I feel like I’ve never had good service here

Messed up my order, didn’t give a refund. We paid for more than we got. Told us to come back tomorrow but didn’t give us a receipt. The lady at the window was awkward with the whole situation. The manager wasn’t nice. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I work in spearfish every other week and every time I stop at this DQ, the girl at the window sounds like shes fed up with the customer and has no time for you. If you don't like your job, find one that isn't customer service.

if I could give negative star I would. This place is horrible, the manager is rude and should not work in customer service. The food was gross and almost cold. I will not be going back.

The most expensive DQ we've run across in al our travels. Otherwise, they met our expectations. Not the best blizzard but okay.

Well, it was a drive thru experience. First we had to repeat the order twice. Then at the window, the girl asked again what it was we had ordered. So told her, chicken strips, country gravy, salad, no tomatoes. After getting the order, had to come around again, and get a fork. Then discovered they had added tomatoes to the salad. And not sliced or small round ones. These ones were diced and took about 15 minutes to dissect out. Their cups of ranch were also half frozen, which led me to wonder about prep care. At least the country gravy was good. Fries were a lil stale.

This establishment is unable to take orders in a timely manner as well as they are quick to anger when they actually have to do their job and can’t seem to complete an order as simple as a vanilla shake or cone. All they do is follow each other around and ignore their customers. Would not recommend. Go to Culver’s.

The worst experience!
The food was awful. Im pretty sure the chicken tender basket I ordered was already sitting in the back because it was brought out before I was even able to pay. It was luke warm and the gravy was clearly not eatable. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience here, Ive learned my lesson and will not return.
