The individual that they referred to as the manager was EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional. Is she racist? Does she have an issue with black people or something? She didn't talk to any of the other people in my group the way she was speaking to me & the person that was standing right next to me. WOW! The food was incredible!! Prices were very very good and Pam our waitress was INCREDIBLE! A valuable part of a great team of people working there. Thanks to all of you! well done again Pam👍
Advertised a "private meeting room", when I called to reserve the room for a family holiday gathering (as I thought was the proper way to handle that) was told that they really don't have a private meeting room and didn't take reservations. TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBPAGE! The person with whom I spoke was very short and rude. None of our family will EVER spend a dime in the establishment if it was the last place to eat in Spearfish!
