I always forget to take pictures each time but found these from our first time here. Staff are friendly and courteous. Even with 1 server and 1 sushi chef and a full house from the moment they open their doors (literally seen before a line outside before they even opened), they did a SUPERB job of getting everyone's orders in and handled the rush with smiles and professionalism. 10/10 recommend“

“Love the vibe of this local coffee shop in an historic old house. There is indoor seating for about 50, with spaces for couples or groups up to 8. There are at least 20 outdoor spots in or out of the sun nestled in cozy landscaping. Because of its location there aren't really views of the hills, but they make up for it with a fun, cozy atmosphere inside and pleasant landscaping outside. Grab a simple mug of coffee, a specialty drink, or delicious pastries, breakfast and lunch options. The grilled sandwiches are plenty of food. The drive through is always busy because it is a local favorite. Go to their website to order online ahead of time. You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.

“I loved the atmosphere! Our waitress was really great at keeping our drinks full! Everyone enjoyed their food! The garlic cheese curds are to die for!2 out if the 3 of us got fries and disliked how under cooked them seemed. My spouse had a burger and said it was the best he's had!“

“Tried the Sunday brunch. We had a great view from our table and when the weather warms up, there is outdoor seating.I had a pulled pork burrito. My husband had the breakfast burger and we split a pancake. The pancake was good, although thin. My burrito was good but I would have preferred a smoked pork. The pork I had didn't have much flavor. My husband enjoyed his breakfast burger. We were both stuffed when we finished. I would definitely go back as there were several other items on the menu that sounded amazing.

Parking: If you can walk a little, I would suggest parking in the outer lot, instead of right in front. That area was very congested and there is no outlet. We saw a few cars struggling to turn around in that tight space.“

“Y’all. I’ve lived in SD for 4 months now and this is hands down the best food I’ve had out. I moved from Dallas and this place feels like home. I had the “Not Your Granny’s Grilled Cheese” with their house fries and had to stop myself from eating it all so I didn’t overeat. My mom had the Citrus Marinated Shrimp with the caprese salad and had every single last drop. We came at a really slow time but service was still great!! Sadly no more buffalo cauliflower though.
