“My wife and I were in town on vacay and our AirBnB was right up the street. We stopped in Thursday night for a few drinks and Saturday night for their Pumpkin Release. What a fantastic little Brewery. Nick, the owner, is a fantastic human that makes fantastic beer. Of all the breweries that my wife and I stopped out in Lead, Hot Springs, Deadwood, Spearfish, Rapid - Dakota Shivers was by far the best. Great conversations, great beer, great people. A must go-to if you're in the area!“

I always forget to take pictures each time but found these from our first time here. Staff are friendly and courteous. I had to flag another waitress to get a beer and she said she would find our waitress. “Love the vibe of this local coffee shop in an historic old house. There is indoor seating for about 50, with spaces for couples or groups up to 8. There are at least 20 outdoor spots in or out of the sun nestled in cozy landscaping. Because of its location there aren't really views of the hills, but they make up for it with a fun, cozy atmosphere inside and pleasant landscaping outside. Grab a simple mug of coffee, a specialty drink, or delicious pastries, breakfast and lunch options. The grilled sandwiches are plenty of food. The drive through is always busy because it is a local favorite. Go to their website to order online ahead of time. You may have to park a block away at times, but it is worth it.

“Y’all. I’ve lived in SD for 4 months now and this is hands down the best food I’ve had out. I moved from Dallas and this place feels like home. I had the “Not Your Granny’s Grilled Cheese” with their house fries and had to stop myself from eating it all so I didn’t overeat. My mom had the Citrus Marinated Shrimp with the caprese salad and had every single last drop. We came at a really slow time but service was still great!! Sadly no more buffalo cauliflower though.

“We stayed at the Lodge and after swimming we needed to eat so came to the restaurant. We ordered the kids pizza (our two kids split this as it is big). My husband ordered the Walleye Po Boy with sweet potato fries; said the sandwich had little to no flavor but the sweet potato fries were so good! They had a great seasoning! I ordered the Reuben and this was delicious. If staying at the hotel again, we would eat here again!“

“Ahhh Mustang Sally's. What can I say? It's my latest foodie crush! Ordered their fish and chips the other night. I was thrilled by the portion size and delighted with the golden color of the battered fish. It was perfect. The batter was snappy. The fish was flakey and moist. 1st bite was heaven. Batter, fish, salt and cocktail sauce. Simply perfect.“

“The prime rib is definitely not the best prime rib. When I let the waitress know it tough, was informed by her I didn't order it correctly. When in fact I always order my prime rib medium never have an issue. I the thought of under cooked bloody meat makes my stomach turn.. very disappointed wont be recommending this restaurant. Definitely didn't feel like I was the customer.“
