“I started going here because a friend recommended them. I am pretty picky where I get coffee as most shops it taste kinda burnt and upsets my stomach. I don't have to worry about that here, the coffees aren't too sweet and have a good balance. I got one the other day and it was not balanced about 1/4 cup was straight chocolate and raspberry puree. Way to sweet and rich for me. I gave them the feedback and got a message from the manager saying they would remake that for me. This is a FIRST for me and it made an easy choice for me to make this my usual spot now. Very few places will remake a drink that they messed up (in my experiences). This should be everyone's go to spot. Great customer service and great coffee. The gals in there the morning of 4/13/26 were so friendly and remade the drink no problem.“

“I don’t know what stars aligned, but I just had one of the most magical McDonald’s experiences of my life. I came in on a Monday morning—maybe that’s when the A-Team clocks in. The service? Impeccable. The food? Actually hot. The coffee? Didn’t taste like regret. I half expected Morgan Freeman to start narrating my breakfast.
Then I made the mistake of reading the other reviews… and now I’m even more confused. Did I hallucinate this flawless fast food moment? Was I chosen? Is this the McDonald’s Narnia?
To the morning crew: you deserve a raise, a parade, and probably your own docuseries. Thanks for making my Monday feel like a small miracle.“

“We finally had time to go in to lou Lou’s with or 1 year old the ladies who work there are so kind and sweet and the service was wonderful we found our new spot to enjoy a treat or a wonderful lunch . the food was so delicious and you get so much for such a good price .it felt like you was walking into grandmas kitchen with wonderful ladies who greeted us they are so kind and made our food so fast . They just made you feel so welcomed highly recommend and the coffee was sooo good what a hidden gem in our small mountain town .“

“Kiera was simply amazing. I rolled in real late after a 1000 mile ride, I was the last she served and she was incredible, personable, conversational, professional, and I must say it may have been thee best Nitro I ever had in my life! I'd drive another 1k miles for Kiera, her service, and product. I've Been to Starbucks all over the country and I want to say Thank-you Kiera for making that grueling, punishing day of riding ending in joy!“

“I had the breakfast bowl and a superior cup of coffee. It was, to say the least, magnificent, fabulous, and delicious. In short, magnifabulcios. The price for such a wonderful and filling breakfast was very reasonable. I highly recommend Blackbird Espresso to anyone who is looking for a delicious, filling, and very affordable breakfast. I give the kids here a 5 star rating based on the quality of service, food and the extremely affordable price.👍“
