“Although I do recommend their coffee, I feel they are not business savvy. I came in with my tea cup puppy in my arms and was rudely told to leave. It was not rude to be told to leave because I had a dog. It was rude how she told me. Seriously, you can get your point across without embarrassing the customer. There was nothing stated anywhere that dogs were not allowed. Had they had it posted on the door, I wouldn't have brought the puppy in. Since it wasn't posted anywhere, this posses questions in my mind if they pick and chose if dogs can be brought in or not depending on who is working. Come on, if your business chooses not to be "dog friendly" post it on your door. Many places are dog friendly and if it is not posted then it is easy to assume that the business is OK with dogs.“

“Great experience...but absolutely sick of people asking for tips. I'm in the freaking drive through! Don't ask me if I want to add a tip to the order. Fed up with this question everywhere....not just here. But this was literally the first drive through that the register girl had the nerve to make a point of asking. Seriously? Business owners...pay your employees and instruct them to stop asking. Take it off the terminal! It's not even a walk in or sit down restaurant ?“

Only negative is the unmarked bump since the re-paving, though they do try to put employee vehicles to avoid people hitting it.

Parking: No parking. It is a drive-through only location. I do wish they would mark the awkard curb on the entrance.“

“I'm a daily visitor at Scooters on 5th St and I absolutely love the coffee. I order The flavor of the day and so every day I get something different when I order the same thing and its always delicious. The staff are amazing! they are always very welcoming and never hesitate to provide quality customer service. Especially the Manager she never fails to make you smile. As for the Eglin St Location I work for a Non Profit organization nearby called The Adult Day Center of the BH, We took our guests out for coffee and they were very welcoming as well. It was a big order but they were so kind and really made us all feel welcomed and we enjoyed a warm cup of Coffee or Hot Chocolate at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend Scooters Coffee!!“

“Mostly, I enjoy getting a cup of coffee? It was decent. Maybe not the blazing hot level Starbucks typically has but probably hot enough? It was nice to have a cup while my wife was getting groceries. The barista here on this visit was busy. She didn't have much time to be very talkative.“

“Staff was nice enough but a little bit cold. Took forever for me to get one iced beverage. Usually Starbucks employees are much friendlier and faster. But I was happy to find a Starbucks that was in town so I could stock app on a few things for my camping trip and get a tasty beverage.“
