She was working her butt off and was very polite and stayed cool under pressure running between the front and the outside window. Oh and our ice cream was awesome! It was my first time trying afagato.“

“Absolutely great experience at this Cold Stone Creamery in Rapid City! We stopped in while we’re here in the Black Hills, and everyone working was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Gordon, who I believe is the owner, was especially nice. He was actively cleaning tables and keeping the whole place looking extremely clean and well taken care of. The other lady working was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

They didn’t have the flavor we were looking for at first, but when I asked about it, they actually went to check in the back and were able to find some for us. That little extra effort really stood out and made the experience even better.

You could tell the staff genuinely cared about their customers and took pride in keeping the store clean and providing great service. Everything from the cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff was excellent.

The Dairy Queen in the mall is one of the cleanest that I’ve been in and each time I’ve been in there (and believe me, I’m there a LOT) the staff has been nothing but kind to me! The only bad experience I’ve had at this location has been with bad workers but thankfully the rotten ones don’t seem to last long 😉. I (begrudgingly) remember one lady who worked there for while (very nasty to me.. some i name or whatnot) even her negativity couldn’t keep this Dairy Queen crew down 🙂. Keep up the fantastic work you guys!“

“This was my first time at any Culver's and I give it 5 stars. I interacted with two employees and both were super nice. The burger (butter burger double with cheese) was very tasty and absolutely fresh. The service was fast and the interior clean and comfortable. I say this location is a step up from the normal fast food experience.“

“The amount of ice cream in the peanut butter parfait was less than any other DQ I’ve visited. That was disappointing. It barely exceeded the top of the plastic parfait cup! The heath blizzard was good though. Get a blizzard if you go here.“
