We frequent this location a few times a month. Lately we have had misplaced items and incorrect orders. I don't mind waiting for something to be remade, but I'm frustrated with the attitude and service of some of the workers. Food tastes is fine otherwise and the facility is clean.
We're new to Rapid, and this is one of our favorite places. The staff is amazing. They seem to take pride in their work. The food tastes great and they have a pretty good selection especially given this is a fast-food restaurant. It's very clean and service is quick.Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors have buttons to automatically open.

Jan 2024 Good food and mostly satisfied until our sandwich was made wrong. Ordered two double sandwiches but ended one single and one double. After bringing it up to their attention the mistake, a few minutes later, they served us a single patty (without cheese) for me to just add it on. Feels unprofessional service correcting their mistake. In the end, we just added the patty to a double making it look like we had a special Culver's triple sandwich
