Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers receives mixed reviews regarding its service and food quality. Many customers find the food amazing and tasty, with some calling it the best-tasting fast food in town. Specific meals like the steakburger and Freddy's double burger combo are highlighted as excellent. The ice cream is also noted as being even better than the food. However, service experiences vary significantly. While some customers report excellent service, others face long wait times in the drive-through, even when the restaurant is not full, and experience incorrect and cold orders. The customer service is described as not the best, with reports of rude management alongside other managers and staff who are very nice. The drive-through process is considered a management issue.
