“The customer service today at tropical smoothie was above and beyond! My toddler eyed a ball that was set out as decoration and wanted to play with it. Sunny found an extra one they had in the store, cleaned it off and let him play. The drinks were made quickly and were delicious. Of course as a toddler mom, carrying all the things and a child, I dropped one on the way out to which sunny responded with an “it’s ok” and a smile and cleaned it up for us right away. 10/10 kind guy.“
“Brenda is a fount of knowledge and enjoys helping on the decision amongst her offerings.The smoothie I had was not gritty, which I expected from a powder base. I had Very Berry with a Lemon boost. Very tasty.I also had a protein bar which was slightly firm ( as about softening for those who like that). It was flavorful without THAT aftertaste. A bit spendy, but it IS a nutritional shop.I'm going to be checking it out again.“
“Came here two days in a row! Had to try the new breakfast sandwich! Similar to the Starbucks ciabatta bacon Gouda sandwich but almost cooked better. Their bread was so soft and fresh! Service is so quick and drive thru is always friendly! Thank you scooters ?“
“I love the store and the drinks, but its Tuesday and it says they’re open. I drove over there twice. The 2nd time it says Tuesday to Saturday 11-7 but i go in and see a paper saying “Tuesday - closed” bit on google it says ur open. Fix that, and stop changing ur hours its a bit annoying honestly. ty☺️“
“Knowing that most smoothie shops are one quarter ingredient and three quarters ice, my order was two smoothies in one carafe with no ice but water to aid in blending. It WAS an extravagant treat, but very, very rich. Almost as good as I make at home. I don't remember the names but blueberries and spinach were my happy space.“
“The coffee has been terrible the last few times we've been there. I tried calling and letting them know so they could hopefully fix it. The manager was rude and hung up on me. Usually the service and coffee is excellent and it's my favorite coffee place and my wife's comfort.“

“Great service at Scooter’s Coffee at this location, a lovely girl from Massachusetts attended us today she was very friendly and kind also the barista was fast , only a couple of minutes took for our coffee to be on our hands and it was just how we wanted:) thank you Scooter’s at Rapid City SD.❤️Great way to start our day!.☕️“
