The owner is the sweetest person. I am from Nebraska and we have these places there as well but they don’t reach out to you and also offer you a nutrition coach. I personally just like having a shake for a light meal option. ❤️
Rapid Energy Nutrition is my go-to for a healthy breakfast it lunch. Brenda has helped me in my weight loss journey so much. She knows her stuff! Im so glad they chose our community to open thier club!

Brenda is a fount of knowledge and enjoys helping on the decision amongst her offerings.The smoothie I had was not gritty, which I expected from a powder base. I had Very Berry with a Lemon boost. Very tasty.I also had a protein bar which was slightly firm ( as about softening for those who like that). It was flavorful without THAT aftertaste. A bit spendy, but it IS a nutritional shop.I'm going to be checking it out again.
