Great service at Scooter’s Coffee at this location, a lovely girl from Massachusetts attended us today she was very friendly and kind also the barista was fast , only a couple of minutes took for our coffee to be on our hands and it was just how we wanted:) thank you Scooter’s at Rapid City SD.❤️Great way to start our day!.☕️
I enjoy the scooters in town but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Very impatient and rude staff who will get snippy with you for taking too long to order. They will also hand you your drink with it spilled on the lid and down the side then act surprised when you ask for napkins.Pretty disappointed in the service at the end of it. I'll go out of my way to go to one in town next time.

We stayed at a hotel nearby and this became the spot we stopped for coffee every morning. We always had friendly service and I was shocked that a cup of coffee was only $1! And it was good coffee!
