Looooooooong wait. We walked in, ordered right away and waited for almost 20 minutes for a coffee and hot chocolate. It would nice to know how many mobile orders are ahead of you. Personally think those ordering at the register in store should be prioritied ahead.
I’ve been coming to this location for almost 5 years and within the last couple months it has gone down hill. I’m currently waiting in line and we’re going on 25 minutes sitting here! I’ve seen 6 cars drive off because the line was taking so long!Something needs to change!

If you do a mobile order plan on placing it 30 minutes ahead of time.My food was so dry by the time I got it. I know the staff are doing their best but, this defeats the purpose of having what is supposed to be a quick stop in the mornings. I'll plan on going elsewhere during their rush hours from now on sadly.
