Complimentary bread before the meal from their in house bakery was tender and tasty as was their coconut cream pie with authentic flaky, home style crust with fresh whipped cream topping and rich filling. Foie gras!!!, macerated and fresh berries, toasted pecans, granola, and maple cream made for a beautifully presented and texturally diverse dish. We were travelers looking for unique eats in Rapid City, drawn in by your website’s description of the menu, and not disappointed. I believe the sign of a great meal is when you savor each bite, already from the start regretting the end of the meal will inevitably come. Look up the video of Julia Child tearing up after sampling a Nancy Silverton dessert and you’ll know what I mean.
