“We were traveling through and stopped for dinner. The staff was super friendly. There was a disgruntled customer (he was was being extra. Karen mode for sure) and they stayed cool calm and collected and didnt let that change the atmosphere at all. They were quick and the pizza tasted soooo delicious. 10/10 will stop here again if we are traveling through.“
“Their food is always so fresh and delicious! They have a large menu and everything we’ve tried has been delicious! We love their Pizza, manicotti and their antipasto salad. Their pizza is the best in Rapid City and their staff is very friendly! One of the best restaurants and we highly recommend them to everyone!“
“5 STARS! They have the best cheese sticks, and I love dipping them in the ranch they serve with the cheese sticks. Cheese pizza is amazing, and it has a very subtle basil and spicy taste. Love the pizza, and hopefully I can become hired. (love you mom and dad! btw im the owners daughter)“
“Great food, fun atmosphere, and awesome staff! We were in twice over the holidays and had Abby both times as a server and she was so attentive, quick and fun even while the place was packed and the servers were running like crazy! We come in every year while visiting family and always have the best time!“
“The manager (guy) is super nice and was so patient with his new employee who was working the register! We got a half and half pizza (each something different). It was ready in under 10 mins.Vegetarian options: You can order an all veggie pizza there.Parking: Tight fit on a very busy road and not in the best part of town. (Not their fault)“
“We went at a busy time so understood the lack of tables but still felt that the teenage boys who were bussing could have moved a little bit quicker, it's very awkward to walk around with a full plate seeking a place to sit while you see dirty tables that could be available. The food really was decent and the drink selection was fun. The only things that could make it better is if there were toppings for the ice cream and if there were chocolate chip cookie pizzas in the dessert area consistently! Can you tell we have a sweet tooth??The arcade was fun, there's nothing like Pizza Ranch in the area so we are really glad to have it. Next time we will go will be a Tuesday so our kids can eat for free!“
“This restaurant chain has a name that matches the food!!! Whenever we visit South Dakota, we have the pleasure of eating at Pizza Ranch. The chicken is delicious, very similar to what we make at home. It has a huge variety of pizzas, including sweet pizzas. This Monday 04/03/2024, we were very well received by an attendant belonging to the LIONS CLUB, very friendly and smiling. I don't forget to say that the price is great. I recommend it and I guarantee the food is the best in South Dakota.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy“
“Listen.. You did nothing for me to give you a tip. I don't ask for tips at my job and for sure don't throw a tantrum when I don't give one. I guess some manager thought different. Anyways, I do tip the young men working behind the counter! I wish I had names! very sweet and kind. Took my order right away and made my pizzas fresh. Your manager could learn a thing or two from you guys! Never had a bad experience with these guys! Good pizza and good customer service! Unless you're the manager who threw a tantrum about me not leaving a tip on a 3 dollar bag of breadsticks.“
“The most amazing gluten free crust I have ever had! You get a good sized pizza, even for gluten free and the price, and they don’t skimp on the toppings! My kids and I are celiac and had no issues.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy allergies“
“I just wanted to take a minute and praise the staff at Blaze Rapid City on the west side. My daughter recently was diagnosed with celiac disease which has been a challenging adjustment. Eating out is tricky now and also potentially dangerous for her. She loves Blaze Pizza and came in today (on all days pi day) waited for an hour, (the line was around the corner and outside ?) to get some of her favorite pizza, and because she is celiac requested the gluten-free crust. Without being prompted, the staff took her allergy seriously and all changed their gloves to help with cross contamination and acted kindly and positively while being SLAMMED. Kudos to you Blaze Pizza!!!Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease“
“I ordered online. Called an hour later to check the order status, it was getting ready to leave the store. However I was uncomfortable when I opened the door to the first thing the drive says to me is did I leave him a tip? I said yes. He continued by saying well he didn't have the slip for proof. I became threatened and gave him 5 more dollars as it felt uncomfortable. I will not be ordering there 😒 anymore.“
“We have been ordering pizza and desserts from this location since they opened. They have always arrived exactly as ordered, fast and HOT!I have never had issues with this location.Thank you to the staff for all the great service and wonderful food!“
“First timer... The atmosphere was great, food was fantastic, and the service was amazing! Street tacos were absolutely delicious, and came with a small injector of hot sauce. First time I had experienced that, kinda made my food fun. Thai thin crust was also great, full of flavor! Don't skip out on this restaurant if you've never been!!“
“Hostesses... please note, that if the dining room is empty, you do not need to stack diners on top of each other and your extremely poor judgment is the sole reason I am downrating the restaurant here in Rapid City---yes it's your fault--do better. There were only 3 or 4 tables that had guests. My wife and were sat down and plenty of room all around us. The very next customers were sat right next to us (family of six with two small children) and it totally killed my experience. The food from the kitchen and service from Journey (name of our waitress) was outstanding. I was very pleased with both. I strongly recommend the Chicago 7 Calzone. The burgers are awesome too.“
“Disclaimer: I don't know a single person who works here and never heard of the place before this evening. I expected "edibly bad" at worst.??♂️ Its awesome to be wrong sometimes??♂️?I'm a seeker of lil gems like this one and I've NEVER been this dagon impressed in 12 years of traveling for a living. Not once!!!The chicken strips are chicken and seasoned and breaded perfectly. The garlic bread was perfectly soft and toasted, and hot...both of these orders were already done before I ordered the pizza and still perfect 10mins after the pizza was done.I got the chicken queso crunch pizza and just ?...This is the kind of joint that makes eating bad feel way too good?... 11/10 would take a few hour drive to eat here again.“
“I spoke with Hannah for a delivery. She had to be one of the best server and customer service workers I have ever had an interaction with. Bubbly outgoing super friendly and fast. She had immense respect for my time and was forward thing with my order and experience. Truely exceptional.“
“These guys are always amazing, the food always warm, and delivery quick.Parking: I'll admit, the parking here kinda sucks. It shares a tiny lot with a tattoo parlor and a laundromat. It's small, uneven, and the only entrance/exit is awkwardly placed a short distance from a slightly busy traffic light.“
“Fast delivery service, super friendly delivery driver, amazing tasting food AND exactly what I ordered. Absolutely not one issue whatsoever. I am from 8 hours away so I had no idea what I was getting myself into; 10 out of 10 recommend this location. Great job to the entire staff.“
“I placed a delivery order and ordered a Coke but they delivered a Diet Coke. I called and they rushed the right drink over, plus an extra. Might not seem like a big deal but when you’re paying for something you want the right one and a couple bucks here and there adds up. And unlike other pizza places in town who offer a refund for their mistakes but then never give it to you, they fixed the problem right away no arguments.“
“Can't speak for everyday or everyone but, when I go in, it seems like there are always different workers. Always cheerful, smiling, and helpful. It is almost like the enjoy their customers. My order is always hot, correct, and they have yet to miss asking me if I want anything else.Papa John's, don't close, don't move. I'm THANKFUL you are just up the street!“
“Our orders are always ready on time. The employees smile and say “Hi” or “Hello” when they greet me. They always say “Thank you” or “Have a great rest of your day” as I leave. A phone in order will have a friendly voice to take my order. The order has never been wrong. Always yummy.“
“Little Caesar's, combined with the remarkable service provided by Charles H., delivered an outstanding experience. The pizzas were delicious, featuring perfect crusts and delectable toppings. Charles H.'s attentive and friendly approach ensured prompt and accurate orders. The restaurant was clean and efficient, making for a memorable visit. Little Caesar's and Charles H. are a winning combination for anyone seeking top-notch pizza and exceptional service.“
“Phenomenal service, food, and communication!! As someone with allergies, the staff took many measures from washing hands, using clean gloves, labeling my order, and using a clean pizza cutter! Thank you Blaze!Dietary restrictions: As someone with allergies, the staff took many measures from washing hands, using clean gloves, labeling my order, and using a clean pizza cutter!“
“I have to give the biggest shout out to Pauly's Pizzeria & Sub Co.! Brian, the owner, took a huge part of his day to personally call me regarding a question I had emailed. He not only address my question, but researched and tested the pizza machine he built to make sure it was running correctly. He sent me pictures of his test pizzas and called me again to go over ingredients of the things I order. Sadly, some of the ingredients on my pizza are corn related (my allergy) and it's been making me sick.Brian AGAIN went out of his way to research his other products to make sure I still had something I could order without getting ill. I am beyond impressed with that level of customer service and highly encourage everyone to support this local business.“
