“We had a great experience at Mexico Tipico. The atmosphere of the restaurant is bright and happy. We were served lots of delicious chips and salsa. Our waitress was nice and friendly. The food was delicious and they had lots of choices. We had the steak dish, which was tender and delicious, and a huge burrito with flavorful chicken and veggies, with a great cheese sauce. We were very happy and full. We highly recommend Mexico Tipico!“

“I had Fork Real cater our family reunion. Rhonda was easy to work with to plan the menu. She and Dave delivered the food right on time, along with the utensils we needed to serve it. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the price was reasonable, and of course Rhonda's cheesecake bites were the perfect size dessert. I appreciate her mission to help the people in the community. Thanks, Rhonda! You do a great job! If I need catering again I will be sure to call you!“

“Love Q. My only concern is the chips have changed over the last couple of years. Even asked an employee and she didn't agree. They use to be light, crispy with a hint of lime . They have a few of those mixed in, but for the most part they are the opposite, thick and pretty much tasteless. They had the good ones for Cinco de Mayo! They were soo good!“

“I have a child with food allergies. The servers did not change their gloves while handling multiple plates . The lettuce was cross contaminated with the cheese because there were not mindful. They seemed visibly annoyed when I ask them to change their gloves.“

“My "steak" quesadilla had no steak. My burrito's wrapper was soaked in some fluid as I'd it had been dipped in soup. I used to recommend pancheros over Qdoba because of the quality. As far as I'm concerned now, you might as well eat over either.“

“Went drive thru and ordered food. First time trying Taco John’s. Friendly staff that answered my questions about the different types of products.

“I’ve been going to this Taco Johns for over 10 years. New Employees hired made a mistake in my order understanding they are in their first couple days of employment. Lisa the general manager was very understanding and didn’t jump to any excuses. She was very kind and helpful. 100% will return and continue to be a valued customer!!“

“Seriously, the best Taco Bell hands-down In Rapid City. Always such a pleasant experience always gets my difficult orders, correct. The people are just fantastic. They really have a great team whatever you guys are doing. You’re doing it right! “Great staff! Clean, well maintained, well prepared food, and great staff. As always the oleys are to die for with some nacho cheese. We ordered breakfast meat and potatoes with bacon which is a favorite go to for us. We no longer have a taco.johns in our home town so when we see one we stop in! This was one of the cleanest and best staffed we have been to in a long time.“

“My sister& I dined there 4 days ago and the food was the best Taco Bell we BOTH ever had! Neither of us could remember a time it was better! And we've lived here all our lives! No joke! Plus, the atmosphere was cool as well! The workers were all laid back but at the same time professional! BEST TACO BELL IN TOWN!!!“

“I stopped in on a Saturday at 1pm and service was fast. I overheard the manager help an unhappy customer on the phone and we was amazingly patient and kind although the person on the other end was obviously not happy. She kept using active listening skills to repeat what the unhappy customer said in a caring way. I've not met many people so good at this skill. After she hung up I commended her for her patience! She jumped right back in helping me, a lady next to me and a customer who came in. Such dedication! I hope she takes a breath and does yoga after work😅! Don't wanna lose such a great manager to burn-out. Wish I would have gotten the name! Great customer service at this location!“
