“Off season in mid October, we felt lucky Calamity James was open. Loved the atmosphere and had a very attentive waitress. My decaf latte was excellent. Husband’s salmon omelette was delicious, but the other two dishes were not so great. My over-easy eggs were sloppily cooked and presented, and our daughter’s breakfast bowl was so over-salted that it rendered it inedible. Expensive breakfast to still leave hungry… and I’ve no doubt that if we’d complained our waitress would’ve adjusted the bill. (We didn’t- though she did speak with the kitchen). Lots of locals were eating there, so I’d try again…“
