“Visited the Black Hills and Custer this last weekend, asked one of the local shops where the best pizza place was in town and they recommend Pizza Mill. Made our order online, It was ready in 30 minutes and was some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. Customer service is excellent, shop is really cool and I was contemplating on staying another day just so I could have another pizza. Great place!“

“We stopped in here while we stayed the night in Custer and the locals were very welcoming. Ryan and Ellie spoke to us like we were long time friends. The bartender and manager treated us very well. If I wasn't from Illinois I'd go back at least bi-weekly. I can't comment on the drinks. I was DD and just had cherry coke.“

“Off season in mid October, we felt lucky Calamity James was open. Loved the atmosphere and had a very attentive waitress. My decaf latte was excellent. Husband’s salmon omelette was delicious, but the other two dishes were not so great. My over-easy eggs were sloppily cooked and presented, and our daughter’s breakfast bowl was so over-salted that it rendered it inedible. Expensive breakfast to still leave hungry… and I’ve no doubt that if we’d complained our waitress would’ve adjusted the bill. (We didn’t- though she did speak with the kitchen). Lots of locals were eating there, so I’d try again…“

“Ordered beef fajitas. Food was very good. Waitress provided good service. She had big lips and lots of tattoos. There was an loud argument among the employees but it didn't spill over into the dining area. No alcohol but I didn't want any so that wasn't a problem.“
