“Cozy little place with indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza was really tasty and the young lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) at the counter was so sweet and inviting. If you're passing through Custer, check out this little gem.“

“Amazing, easy drive thru! It gets busy, but everything was delicious, and they even had little dog bones for the pups. I am sad we have to leave Custer because I want to take this place with us.“

“What an all around delightful place! I stayed next door ( which was also amazing!) and visited each morning. It brightened my morning! Their front staff is so kind and friendly and genuinely excited to see you each morning. The food was delicious! My favorite was the ham and egg croissant! So fresh and I don’t know what they did to the egg but it was just so creamy! Yum! They have a wonderful, family friendly atmosphere. The deck is beautifully decorated with colorful umbrellas and beautiful flowers. They have a huge room with a jumbo sized chest board on the floor for the kids to play with. They have freshwater and strawberry water and free apples to grab. The inside is decorated so whimsically and fun. All around a 10!“

“WOW! Wife and I were looking for a place for lunch. A local recommended Purple Pie Place. I am SO glad he did. We had wonderful salads, and apple pie was spectacular with vanilla ice cream. I normally tolerate our crusts. This one was a masterpiece. Service was 10 out of 10, took care of us and was just the right amount of fun. RECOMMEND HIGHLY“

“We stopped in here while we stayed the night in Custer and the locals were very welcoming. Ryan and Ellie spoke to us like we were long time friends. The bartender and manager treated us very well. If I wasn't from Illinois I'd go back at least bi-weekly. I can't comment on the drinks. I was DD and just had cherry coke.“

“Ordered beef fajitas. Food was very good. Waitress provided good service. She had big lips and lots of tattoos. There was an loud argument among the employees but it didn't spill over into the dining area. No alcohol but I didn't want any so that wasn't a problem.“

“9-10-26 Wife and I came for breakfast. To be honest we were headed somewhere else and I got my directions messed up. We were at a table looking at the menu before we realized we were not where we meant to go. Glad we stayed though. Wife had French Toast with 2 scrambled eggs, while I had biscuit and gravy with 2 scrambled eggs. The gravy was cool when it first came out, but they warmed it up without issue and it came back piping hot. The biscuit was light and flakey under gravy that was filled with sausage. There was a slight spice to the sausage which made it all the better. Wife French toast was thick, covered with powdered sugar, strawberries and blueberries. She said the syrup was thick and held up to the bread well. Her eggs were also cold, but she did not send them back“
