“Let me tell you about Miner's Cup! This place is what small-town America is run off of. Not only do they have charm and character with their building. But the people that work here are genuinely nice people. Their breakfast is delicious. You can tell they go the extra mile with little things like your coffee cake or donuts being served warm! This place should be a Custer staple. The only thing wrong with it is I can't relocate their business and put it in my town . I really think this place will be here for years to come. Bravo Miner's Cup! I'd give you more than 5 stars if I could.“
“I've never eaten broasted chicken until recently.. I love it.. its the best chicken I ever ate.. I have never been able to eat fried chicken skin but I can definitely eat the broasted chicken skin is much more flavorful.. I was there again today chicken breasts are awesome, all of its awesome. I'm a Custer resident.. if people think sometimes it takes a long time to get the food they don't realize how fresh the food is and that's just one of the reasons I like to buy their chicken..im a resident of Custer.. one of the pleasant owners nicknamed me HOT ROD... thanks Pam..see you soon guys.“
“Vince, the Head Chef, totally took care of us! We had seen him in town the night before, and he told us to come in to the Beacon and ask for him. He made us two "Vince Specials" and they were insanely good! We left there so full and happy. We live in California, but will definitely be back to the Beacon, thanks to Vince and his amazing cooking abilities!“
“Didn’t feel like cooking so ordered Pizza Mill. We ordered Chicken Alfredo and a Reuben Sandwich with onion rings and a side salad. Delicious!!! The salad was fresh, my husband really enjoyed the Reuben and the Alfredo was extremely good. In the past we’ve also had their pizzas, the Towering Timber was delicious!!The service was also great.Debi“
“With all due respect to South Dakota, Skogen would do well in any major city in the US. The food, service, attention to detail, and ambiance are all just right. If you love good food, wine, and desserts (and who doesn’t?) you owe it to yourself to make a reservation at Skogen! Lastly, if there’s one or two people in your party, I highly suggest asking for the counter facing the kitchen, you get to see all the amazing dishes being prepared and it’s fun to chat with the kitchen staff along the way.“
