Small, quaint place. We had egg rolls and shrimp fried rice. The egg rolls were amazing but the shrimp fried rice lacked flavor. We had to add soy sauce and hoisin to add flavor. Also, it was really hot inside. Didn’t feel like the air was on.
Delicious food that I feel good about eating…not something I can often say when dining out. The flavors in the Pho were amazing, the egg rolls were good, and the service was excellent!
Our first experience at Gao was so good! The food was very fresh and flavorful. We had the egg rolls, the beef flank pho with added grilled pork, and the sweet and sour pork ribs. Would definitely recommend the egg rolls, and the pho was our favorite! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Excited to have a new spot in Spearfish!
