I have contacted the store itself and corporate many times. Nothing gets done. Food is usually good, but online ordering is always experiencing a problem, so you can't get the mobile deals, the employees won't correct it.

I always wanted to stop in Sturgis and I finally got to. I picked this place because I love microbrew and they did NOT disappoint! The Sturgis Blonde was fantastic! I don't drink ales and this place has plenty of options.
The food was SO good! The fried pickle spears were delicious and the ranch breading was unique and amazing. The BLT was precisely cooked with bacon that wasn't loaded with too much fat and not enough meat. They even made it a grilled cheese style when I added Swiss to it. Fantastic! I added cheese curds instead of fries and WOW, excellent and you could even choose the batter! I tried the ranch batter and it was really tasty and fresh.
The gift store was reasonably priced with a LOT of options. Made the end of the visit a real treat. I'll be back when I travel through again!

Cross country car trips always invite unique experiences. But this was like a Twilight Zone episode. Slow-paced and spaced out out employees.. The whole encounter was just weird.

Cashier was nice and food was ok but bathroom porcelain doesn't appear to have been cleaned in weeks. Deep cake on top of the urinal and in the sink. Makes you wonder what else is out of whack.

discovered its the wrong food in Whitewood, had to drive 20 miles round to get it replaced - manager was quick and friendly, no apology

Burgers are really good. Service doesn't pay attention. Asked for no onions, got onions and no ketchup. Dry burger at drive-through. Another double berger, sloppy with sauces (but yummy) and not one single napkin!

Stopped 2day, even tho they had a sign saying short on help, they were fast and cheerful. An atta boy to the young man working the counter with a really good tan, great job.

Worst ever 3 employees and cant get the shit together must be play time. Hell i ran an Arby's with 2 employees and ran as smooth as a full staff .not rocket science
