Ordered 2 double whoppers without ketchup at drive thru and a small fry and small onion ring. Fries and onions were fine, however received 2 single whoppers with ketchup at the tune of $25. Won’t be back and will go to McDonalds across the street. One would think that a small town could get it right! That being said, I will spread the word.Pretty sure you really don’t care anyway. SAD

Poor service, horrible employees, no management present all employees arguing in front of customers. Wait time over 20 minutes, wrong items on order. Stay clear would rate a negative if I could.
Absolutely disgusting. They make you wait 15 minutes while they pretend to make the food. Stale buns, extremely old meat and fries were so old and nasty. Even the mayonnaise was rotten. We definitely got food poisoning and will never eat Burger King again.

Currently sitting here waiting 20 minutes for them to fill an order for two people. Only six other people in the restaurant, floors are filthy, tables are filthy. Definitely stay away from this place at all costs unless you want food poisoning and have to make quick trips to the restroom before leaving.

Absolutely filthy! Told the woman taking our order that the credit card machine was disgusting & she couldn't have cared less. I'm done with all Burger king restaurants. They are either slow or dirty. No standards of excellence within the franchise.

Went to Sturgis, SD Burger King 7/19/25 at 5pm had to wait 5 to 7 min just to get waited on had to ask if anyone was working and it was FILTHY IN SIDE so i got the brisket wopper no pickles no crispy onion asked for regular onion was going to get charged for it and i got little pieces of onion and the person that waited on us was REALLY RUDE SHE WAS WORKING DRIVE THRU TO NO WONDER WHY HARDLEY ANY BUSINESS THE MANAGER AND OWNER SHOULD ASHAMED WONT BE BACK EVER IT HAPPENED LAST TIME I WAS THERE SADLY THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT NO WONDER ALL THE BAD REVIEWS
