Absolutely filthy! Told the woman taking our order that the credit card machine was disgusting & she couldn't have cared less. I'm done with all Burger king restaurants. They are either slow or dirty. No standards of excellence within the franchise.

Went to Sturgis, SD Burger King 7/19/25 at 5pm had to wait 5 to 7 min just to get waited on had to ask if anyone was working and it was FILTHY IN SIDE so i got the brisket wopper no pickles no crispy onion asked for regular onion was going to get charged for it and i got little pieces of onion and the person that waited on us was REALLY RUDE SHE WAS WORKING DRIVE THRU TO NO WONDER WHY HARDLEY ANY BUSINESS THE MANAGER AND OWNER SHOULD ASHAMED WONT BE BACK EVER IT HAPPENED LAST TIME I WAS THERE SADLY THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT NO WONDER ALL THE BAD REVIEWS

The workers and manager when I went here were horrible. The manager was rude and blamed their mess up on me. The manager said I was the the only one who didnt understand that I was supposed to get charged for a large meal even if they were out of large cups. I got a medium so I didn't have to pay for something I didnt get.

Waited about 15mins and they took 2 people's order after i had arrived i pulled up and then they started taking orders from people that where behide me pulled to the window still didn't check me in once I got to the second window they had to check me in and forgot half of my food normally never have issues with this burger king other then one time a old lady working the register tried to charge me triple what my food was haven't had issues till now.

Women's bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. Went up to order and they couldn't even take my payment because it was over $20. I will never come back to this Burger King for the rest of my life. What a joke
I ordered a whopper no pickle. But received pickled burger but no onion instead. I know they did not make a fresh burger. It was a dead burger that sat out of the heat definitely not to temp. Because they didnt want to make a fresh burger. I also received stale dehydrated dead ass fries. The sprite syrup for the fountain was also needs to be changed. Also they closed an hour early then what the web page was mentioned. Definitely felt skimp on customer service.

I was going through the drive thru after coming back from the Black Hills VAMC and decided to get breakfast. I order a BEC croissant combo with mocha iced coffee and an order of French toast sticks. I went to my hotel room afterwards to enjoy my meal before heading back to Wyoming. I took out the food and I was disgusted. Absolutely disgusted that this person had served me this product, with no sense that maybe he was wrong, and sent me on my way! I realize it’s fast food and it’s early in the morning and you don’t want to be there. So don’t be there. Find another job you enjoy please.

Well, the food was a disappointment, anytime you get an $8 burger that is thinner than the sliced tomato on the sandwich, well, it's a disappointment and not satisfying. If I was a vegan I might have given the food and extra star.
