My husband and I stopped to get a quick order of cheese curds. It was 8:45 p.m. and the three employees working gave us the “cold shoulder.” A worker begrudgingly took our order, emphasizing that they close in 15 minutes. We ordered, and it took longer for them to make our curds than it did for us to sit and finish them, once we obtained our order. We were out by 8:58.

Very rude staff. Disappointing as we love Dairy Queen.

Even when swamped the girls working up front were courteous, professional, and provided fantastic service. They were extremely busy by working together to get it done and being positive about it.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Love this place, favorite DQ in the Black Hills. Lovely people and great service. Always willing to fix any mistakes, though they don't make many! Wish I could put more stars!!
