My husband and I stopped to get a quick order of cheese curds. It was 8:45 p.m. and the three employees working gave us the “cold shoulder.” A worker begrudgingly took our order, emphasizing that they close in 15 minutes. We ordered, and it took longer for them to make our curds than it did for us to sit and finish them, once we obtained our order. We were out by 8:58.

Very rude staff. Disappointing as we love Dairy Queen.

Quick fixfor Blizzards! Chili dogs hit the spot, heck bread for mold!\nAverage customer service! For the past year , I’ve been telling the workers that the order board , which is hard to read at nite & front sign on building is not working, seems nobody cares!! Oh well\n Just tak a right past the Yamaha shop!!

Even when swamped the girls working up front were courteous, professional, and provided fantastic service. They were extremely busy by working together to get it done and being positive about it.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
