Was lovely waiting a long time for food when 2 workers was touching eachother all over and kissing. Waited and my food was cold. The guy out of the two hair made me throw my food away.

Holiday hours said they were open until 10:30pm online and on their window. Came at 9:40 and heard an automatic prompt “ do you have a mobile order?” Then no one was actually at the store.
Still open never answered the drive threw. Drive by and employees mopping with no one paying attention

Sturgis McDonald’s is the cleanest restaurant in the chain. Worked on the road for years. Sturgis gets the blue ribbon. Also great service and friendly staff.

Not once in the last 2 years has an order been correct. This amounts to about 5 or 6 orders total, none being correct. Even when high school kids aren't running the show, the service is piss poor. 15 minutes in a not very busy "fast food" line consistently leads to a messed up order. Every. Time. What a joke. No more buisiness from me.
Service was prompt and friendly but fries were cold. Place was very clean.

This had always been a horrible mcdonalds. So so slow, today we waited over 30 min for our mobile order. The manager said we'll it's always busy at turnover. I've got to mcdonalds at 11:55 and finally got our food at 12:27. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten our food faster. Order is always wrong, employees are never cheerful. The need major work.. it just keeps getting worse and worse
