stopped at drive,bordered a #5 a (4 piece chicken strips meal), upgrade drink to a medium lemonade,cans a plain cheeseburger. Got my lemonade after waiting to be told to pull ahead for food and someone would bring it out. got my bag and off to the next one, looked inside and no fries. Flagged the kid over and told him it isn't what I ordered, he said it was because that is what is on the paper and what I paid for and off practically ran off. Should have taken it all back in a got a refund but was done wasting my breath on. $12.19 for a meal and a spare burger. Not the first time I've gotten wrong orders and arguments but definitely the last.

This is definitely one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The bathroom was clean. The service was great. I’m pretty sure the owner was even on site walking around asking if anyone needed anything.

You alwsys have to pull-up and wait for your order no matter what time of day it is. Out of sweet ice tea and large cups. Place is very disorganized slowest mcdonalds I've ever visited across the country.

Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese no onions no pickles extra salt and as you can see that is not what I got… would normally let this slide but they messed up my order yesterday too and I even repeated myself VERY clearly at the speaker TWICE! Come on!
At least the extra salt is there 🙄

We tried the mandatory KIOS, KEIS, KOES, WHATEVER you call the order machines. They suck. Yes we are old but would like to order from a person. We pushed lots of buttons before we gave up!! And all the people ahead of us were still there pushing buttons when we walked out. Less customers and poor service. Is this progress?? We'll go elsewhere from now on.
